Her experience with parenting made her realize that best practices for raising children based on the latest brain research, were very little known to most parents around the globe. Having experienced the tremendous difference that these practices made in her family, she set out to contribute, together with other like-minded professionals, in passing the message across. She studied Business Administration and Entrepreneurship in Boston and pursued an MBA in Industry Analysis and Marketing in Milan. She worked for years in the wine and beverage industry, in imports, marketing and distribution, until she had her son in 2015 and started researching parenting practices, with the aim of doing the best she could for him as a mother. Through her research, she discovered a strong personal interest and pursued it with passion, which led her 8 years later to make a full career change and become professionally involved in supporting parents. Her specialties include anxiety, trauma, stress-related disorders, depression, and children’s mental health with a focus on integrated healthcare, bridging physical and mental healthcare delivery. Natasha holds a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, along with an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, from Southern University and A&M College. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in Health Psychology, expecting to defend her dissertation in summer 2025. She is the owner and founder of Health, Wellness & Integrated Care, a boutique private practice in Las Vegas, where she provides therapy, clinical consultation services, and clinical supervision.
