  • Erica Consoli, Mindset Coach & RTT Therapist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Erica Consoli is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner and Mindset Coach, trained under the globally recognised Marisa Peer method. Based in Dubai, she works with clients across the world through her practice Will With Erica. Her path to this work is deeply personal. Having navigated depression from a young age, she understands firsthand what it means to feel trapped by your own mind, and what it takes to find a way through. That experience became the foundation of her commitment to helping others do the same. Her work sits at the intersection of subconscious reprogramming, behavioural change, and emotional healing. She has helped clients work through anxiety, grief, childhood trauma, stress-related physical conditions, and deep-rooted habits, recognising that most surface symptoms point to something much deeper. What sets her approach apart is the conviction that the mind is not fixed. Every pattern and belief that holds someone back was learned. And what was learned can be unlearned. This drives both her practice and her ongoing curiosity about human psychology. Italian by identity, shaped by sixteen years in Spain, and now rooted in Dubai for over a decade, Erica has built her life across cultures and continents. That journey gave her a deep understanding of what it means to navigate change, rebuild identity, and find your footing in unfamiliar territory. These experiences have nurtured every aspect of her work. • Thomasina Unsworth, Life Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Thomasina Unsworth trained and worked as an actor for many years. Although she went from job to job she always felt as though something was missing. It was fun, sometimes crazy, rewarding in many ways, but still a little voice inside her told her that there was another path she should be taking. It took her some years to stop and listen to that voice. One day when she was heavily pregnant with her first daughter, and so unable to take acting work, she covered for a friend teaching at a drama school. There the realisation dawned that what made her really happy was facilitating others to reach their potential. Fast forward some years: more teaching, two books published, a second daughter. And then a job as the principal of another drama school. And no, she didn't listen to the voice that told her this was not the way to go. She got stuck. For too long. Until one day without discussing it with anyone else, she just quit her day job. It was if her feet just started walking away before her brain had time to catch up. Yes, radical! But she had trained and qualified as a personal development coach and an NLP practitioner, so she began taking on clients. As someone who has made a huge transition from working for an institution, high status and well paid, to living a freelance life, she understands the fears surrounding change. She understands the changes that come with ageing, with children, with loss, with just trying to function in a world that keeps on shifting. It is so easy to feel lost. It is so easy to feel blocked. It is so easy to feel overwhelmed. Thomasina believes passionately in the potential in all of us to transform the situations we find ourselves in. Sometimes we just need the space and the right questions asked of us to gain clarity, reignite motivation, boost confidence, and above all to take action. Now Thomasina devotes her life to coaching, working with a range of clients across all creative industries. She has also just finished writing her first novel, and there is a book on wellbeing in the pipe line. Thomasina's mission is to provide excellent coaching to all, not just to the very wealthy who can pay high ticket prices. She is a champion of the arts and all things creative. The little voice in her head that told her that things were not quite right, has thankfully gone totally quiet. • Edir Terry, MMA & Fitness Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Edir Terry, born and raised in Venezuela, has been an athlete his entire life, starting his journey at the tender age of 3 with baseball, the nation’s beloved sport. At just 12 years old, Edir faced one of the most life-altering decisions—leaving his home country for the United States. With his family selling everything to start anew, he found himself in an unfamiliar land, grappling with a new culture and language. Despite these challenges, he adapted quickly, growing into a resilient and ambitious individual. In his teenage years, Edir’s passion for adrenaline-filled activities led him to sports like skateboarding, rollerblading, and BMX. However, a lifelong fascination with martial arts—sparked by watching action-packed fighting films—drove him to join a karate dojo at 15. Within just a month of training, he began competing, eventually becoming a regional, state, and world champion in his division and weight class. Edir’s hunger for growth propelled him into mixed martial arts (MMA), where he mastered various styles and became a prominent figure in South Florida’s MMA scene. As a professional fighter, he achieved significant victories, earned numerous awards, and cemented his reputation as a top competitor. Beyond the ring, Edir expanded his influence as an entrepreneur, coach, and philanthropist. He has trained athletes of all levels, worked with elite gyms, collaborated with the University of Miami, and built a successful career as a cutman, commentator, and combat sports analyst. His creative ventures include custom apparel and mouthguards, showcasing his innovative spirit. Today, Edir channels his experiences into empowering others, spearheading nonprofit initiatives, and exploring investments. He is currently working on two transformative projects—a self-development book and a documentary chronicling his journey. Edir Terry is proof that with determination and grit, anything is possible. • Keith Edmonds, Life Transformation Expert, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Keith Edmonds inspires as well as challenges his audiences to fulfill their life’s journey. Keith’s natural charismatic style and casualness in communication make his audience open their hearts to feel what he has to say. As a toddler, Keith was a happy-go-lucky kid living with his mom in Flint, Michigan. Then on November 18, 1978, in a fit of rage, his mother’s boyfriend held Keith’s face against an electric heater, thus producing horrific third-degree burns on over 50 percent of Keith’s little face. Today, Keith Edmonds, the man, wears that scar on his face the way superheroes wear their capes, symbolizing their heroism and bravery. He continues to travel across the country and inspire at countless elementary schools, middle and high schools, universities, civic groups, and churches, as well as fundraisers for children’s causes. In demand across the country, Keith has also been a keynote speaker for the US Department of Justice, the Mid-Atlantic Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect, the South Dakota Unified Judicial System, and the Tennessee Christian Chamber of Commerce, to name a few. Keith earned his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. He later went on to corporate sales and worked for Dell and the Coca-Cola Company. At Dell, he consistently earned top sales awards for exceeding quotas. At Coca-Cola, he was given the toughest route of inner-city Detroit because of his ability to connect to a difficult populous. Coca-Cola rewarded Keith with extra bonuses for his performance. His ability to be able to penetrate through the toughest critic is truly a sight to behold. The connection he has with at-risk kids became evident when he volunteered at the Map Academy. In 2016, Keith Edmonds created the Keith Edmonds Foundation, a nonprofit for abused and neglected children, as a way of paying it forward and honoring all those children who were mistreated. Keith is a self-proclaimed minimalist. He enjoys music and attending sporting events with friends.
