Jara Dekker is the founder of A Curious Catalyst, a pioneering practice in cognitive and emotional performance coaching. She helps people rewire their nervous system to create the internal stability needed for peace, strength, and prosperity. Blending neuroscience, emotional processing, and practical psychology, Jara’s work bridges the gap between profound transformation and tangible results: Working with individuals to move beyond patterns of pressure, past adversity, and self-sabotage to build sustainable clarity and confidence.
 
Having lived and worked across five continents, and with her background in international project management and organisational operations, Jara brings a unique combination of strategic, emotional and practical insight. Giving practical insights on matters of growth and resilience in both personal and professional contexts. Her approach is precise, compassionate, and direct—designed to strengthen the cognitive and emotional foundations that drive performance and fulfilment.
 
Jara co-developed the Logos Personality Assessment, a framework that helps people understand themselves at a deeper level and apply that awareness in how they live, lead, and connect. She is also the co-founder of Unbound, a neuroscience-based platform supporting organisations in improving employee mental health and performance. Guided by the belief that growth begins from within, her mission is to help people experience what she calls a new beginning, without needing to start over.
