- Dominique Méthé, Perinatal & Reproductive Mental Health Social Work, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Dominique graduated from her social worker bachelor's degree in 2014. She started her career in a men's medium security prison. She stayed in that position as a Clinical Social Worker in the Mental Health Department for over 10 years. This place gave her the opportunity to grow professionally and develop multiple skills to make her an expert in her field. This place also changed her a lot and changed her view of the world. After becoming a mother two beautiful children, this employment did not feel aligned with her values and the life she was striving to live. When Dominique's daughter was almost one, she started having serious health issues. After navigating this diagnosis, it became evident to Dominique that she needed to make a drastic change in her life. In 2025, Dominique decided to take a leap of faith and start in private practice. She is now welcoming woman in her therapy office to work on perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, birth trauma and infertility issues. She holds space in a very empathic way for woman to feel heard, understood, supported and empowered throughout their journey. Dominique has training in a lot of different therapies (ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT) so she can tailor her approach to what her clients needs. She is currently in the process to becoming a certified breathwork practitioner and will start an EMDR training as well. Dominique is an empathic, funny and joyful person. She is re-finding her creativity and her spirituality in this journey. Things are finally starting to feel much more aligned and she cannot wait to see where this chapter of her life will bring her. - Justyna Lyzwa, Certified Life Coach , Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Justyna Lyzwa is a certified life coach, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and a passionate guide for anyone ready to reconnect with their inner power and remember who they truly are. Her journey began in a home marked by alcoholism, where she learned early what it meant to feel unseen and unheard. Struggles with shyness, low self-worth, and self-love became part of her story—but not the whole story. In her early twenties, Justyna attended group therapy for individuals from dysfunctional families. Yet it wasn’t until she embraced mindfulness, spirituality, and the quiet courage to face her own inner dialogue that true transformation began. By examining her emotional patterns with honesty and tenderness, she rewrote the narrative she once inherited. Justyna is the founder of UR a CURE, a heart-led coaching company devoted to trauma recovery and personal empowerment. Through one-on-one coaching and her podcast, UR a CURE: Inner Power, she now supports people across the world as they heal, grow, and rise into who they were always meant to be. At the heart of UR a CURE lies the core belief that: You have the power to heal yourself. You are like a mighty tree—grounded in your truth, unshaken by the storms of life, and reaching ever upward toward your fullest potential. Your roots hold the wisdom of your past, and your branches stretch boldly into the future, blooming with purpose, strength, and possibility. As a coach, Justyna is gently fierce about helping others uncover their roots—the beliefs, wounds, and formative stories that shaped them—and walking with them as they grow toward clarity, confidence, and purpose. She brings both lived experience and academic depth to her work, holding Honours Bachelor’s Degrees in Education and Pharmaceutical Science. But more than that, she brings heart. And that changes everything. Latasha and Shawn are both from fairly large families. Both are the oldest in their immediate families. Latasha grew up in a family living in a home with an alcoholic parent. Shawn grew up in a home that was broken once she reached middle school. Both of them also expereienced low socioeconomic statuses that affected their daily lives. They both are a part of the LGBTQIA community and experienced traumas of being bullied and discriminated against for it. These were catalysts now seen as gifts for both of them to discover outlets that would assist them in alleviating the suffering that was prevalent in their experiences. Latasha joined the church where she studied and served relentlessly. She sought to become a part of leadership but was denied promotion due to being a female. She was later ostracized from the group. She later joined a community where she was a student of personal development and trained as a leader and life mentor. Shawn found a program that focused on Mindfulness where she received leadership training and certifications for mindfulness and meditation. They both met in 2011 and married in 2019. DO I QUALIFY? Latasha Nicole Phillips Life Purpose Coach Latasha and Shawn are both from fairly large families. - Kimia Kiser, Co-Founder & Program Lead, CAAIE | CEO, Vascular International, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Kimia Kiser is the Co-Founder and Program Lead of CAAIE, a Swiss applied AI education platform for professionals, executives and organizations. She leads the program strategy, designs the curriculum and teaches across selected formats herself. CAAIE grew out of a recurring observation. Organizations are investing heavily in AI, yet many professionals are still left to figure out on their own what good work with AI actually looks like. Tool demonstrations alone rarely close that gap. The underlying concepts, sound judgment and the ability to translate them into real workflows are what make technology useful in practice. That is why CAAIE focuses on structured application rather than individual tools. Its formats include the Certified Applied AI Expert program, executive education, corporate workshops and industry-specific learning. The goal is not simply to help people use AI, but to build the capability to work with it confidently and responsibly. Kimia is also CEO of Vascular International, an international school for practical vascular surgery education and simulation. Together with a team of around fifteen people and a faculty network of more than one hundred medical experts, she leads the organization's strategic and operational development. Running an expert-led education institution has shaped how she thinks about quality, trust and the systems required to scale professional learning. Alongside this, she co-founded Kimiana with her sister. The consultancy supports selected organizations in translating strategic clarity into systems, workflows, automation and AI-enabled ways of working that hold up in practice. Kimia began her career at Schindler, where she spent more than six years working across global application services and large-scale digital programs inside an international organization. She later joined BCG as a Senior Technology Consultant. Experiencing technology from both inside organizations and as an external advisor continues to shape how she approaches her work today. Across everything she builds, teaches and writes about, the same question remains: how do we help people and organizations work better with technology? Her answer consistently starts in the same place: most companies do not have a technology problem. They have a clarity problem.
