Co-Founder & CEO

Kimia Kiser is a technology strategist, performance coach and CEO working at the intersection of technology, healthcare and human potential. She currently leads Vascular International, a foundation advancing surgical education across the globe, and is the co-founder of Kimiana, a consultancy that helps organizations translate complexity into clarity by designing systems, structures and strategies that are built to last. She began her career at Schindler, where she managed global application services and large-scale digital programs. Later, she worked in strategy consulting at BCG, where she deepened her understanding of transformation on both a structural and human level. These experiences shaped her approach to building solutions that combine operational clarity with long-term effectiveness. At Kimiana, she works with organizations that want to grow while staying grounded in what truly matters. Her projects span industries including real estate, retail, finance and healthcare, always with a focus on sustainable results and real impact. In addition to her leadership roles, Kimia advises early-stage startups, co-hosts the podcast Tech & Thrive and moderates panels within the Sport & Business Network. She is passionate about supporting founders and teams in creating momentum through systems that are both intelligent and human. Her work reflects a simple principle: high performance is not a result of constant acceleration, but of meaningful alignment.
