From my earliest moment of memory, I have always wanted to be the best I can be, in all aspects of my life. Having to work hard to achieve, vs being naturally gifted, hard work was engrained into me from the beginning. Be that at school, on the Moto X track, or whilst playing American Football (representing the UK at one point), hard work always saw me achieve beyond my actual capabilities. The ultimate achievements obtained by hard work being a 1st class Honours degree in Accountancy & Finance,, going on to becoming a member (now Fellow) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, being awarded 4 world prizes by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators on the way to membership, becoming a central equity partner at one of the best private Accountancy Firms in the UK, to being awarded an Honorary Degree for services rendered by the University Of Lincoln. Working in the hay fields with my Dad as a 7 year old, or in the Ice Cream Factory at 3am, the joy of work, the ecstasy of achievement of tasks always inspire me to look for more. Today, as a successful CEO of a couple of Global Brands, my search for personal growth is relentless. Seeking to always find people who I can learn from, with the mantra of "I know that I don't know what I don't know" and a healthy level of curiosity & scepticism, my journey to understand myself is a moment by moment ongoing practice. Fortunate enough along the way to have been able to meet, befriend and learn from many exceptional & extraordinary people, I have been blessed to be exposed to many cutting edge self development opportunities, in the business world, in the self development world, in the sporting arena, and in daily life. What I do know is that I will seek to grow personally every day of my life. If that growth & that journey helps inspire others to undertake their own journey of self discovery, then that is the cherry on the cake. My life mission is to be the very best I can be, and through my journey, meet and learn from others, and hopefully inspire others to do the same for themselves. • Autumn Noble, Founder of A Life Collective, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Autumn Noble is a leader at the intersection of the legal industry and holistic wellness training, coaching, and education. She is the founder of A Life Collective, a global coaching and wellness organization supporting professionals worldwide in creating lives rooted in alignment, purpose, and sustainable fulfillment.   Before stepping fully into wellness and coaching, Autumn spent years in high-level leadership within the legal industry—building and leading practice groups, operating at the partner level, running her own law firm, and working in-house within a Fortune 300 company. That experience gives her a deep, firsthand understanding of high-performance environments, pressure, and the often invisible cost of success.   Today, Autumn brings a uniquely integrative approach to transformation work. Her training spans coaching methodologies, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, Reiki, sound healing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and fitness and movement-based practices that support both physical and emotional regulation.   She is often described as a “non-coach coach” because her work does not follow a standardized framework. Instead, every coaching relationship is intentionally designed around the individual—meeting clients where they are and tailoring the work to their goals, challenges, and lived experience.   Depending on the client, sessions may incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices to build awareness and presence, yoga and somatic tools to release stored stress and trauma, EFT to shift subconscious patterns and emotional blocks, or structured fitness and movement programming to rebuild physical strength and resilience. Her work recognizes that sustainable change requires attention to the mind, body, and nervous system together.   Autumn’s work is shaped by her own experience of burnout, chronic stress, and personal reinvention, which ultimately led her to question traditional definitions of success and rebuild her life in a more aligned and sustainable way.   Today, she works with high-achieving professionals across industries who are successful on the outside but seeking something more grounded, meaningful, and aligned within. Her mission is simple: to help people build lives they don’t need to escape from. • Marie-Louise Gessner, Life Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Who is Marie? Have you ever felt that moment when you're questioning yourself, wondering, what the hell am I doing? But suddenly, it happens. Everything falls into place. The answers are there within you, with a little help from others. I am one of many faces. I am a woman, mom, daughter, sister, worker, leader, and partner. And now, I am an ACC coach according to the ICF organisation, working towards certification. I'm also developing in my own growth in many areas. And I love it. As a coach, I help people find their answers within themselves. How great is that? It's so powerful and beautiful to see people make changes in their lives and live with their goals in sight. Despite the fear that comes with change, I see the courage that releases something so powerful — themselves. Everything starts within and continues growing. It's fantastic to be a part of that in coaching. Something shifts in the mindset and releases power and energy for clients to take forward steps. I have had obstacles in my life as well — I'm human, just like you. Let me tell you about one of my most terrifying ones. My daughter, then one of two, 17 years old, got the deadly coronavirus in 2020. She had multiple blood clots in both lungs. She was hovering between life and death, confined and connected to tubes. She was very ill for three months. As a parent, it was my worst nightmare. To make a long story short, she survived — and I’m so grateful every day for life and for my kids. I’ve got five. What does this have to do with coaching, you might think? Overcoming challenges, coping with fear and pain. That, my friend, is life — and it hits you in all sorts of ways. So, how has life challenged you so far, and what do you want in life right now? Step by step, you will move — not back, but forward. And maybe with me, as your coach.
