  • Ryan Anthony King, Learning & Development Leader, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Ryan Anthony King: Innovating Learning & Leadership Creativity has driven Ryan Anthony King’s journey, fueling his passion for innovation, problem-solving, and leadership development. Growing up in New York City and immersed in the performing arts, he developed a love for producing and directing, which later translated into teaching and mentoring future leaders. While creativity came naturally, traditional learning was a challenge. As an introvert, Ryan struggled in school but found his passion through hands-on experience. He began studying music education at the University of Texas in San Antonio but took time off for self-discovery. This led him to early childhood education, where he realized the power of customized, exploratory learning in fostering a love for knowledge. His methodology helped young students excel in reading, math, and social skills. In 2012, Ryan founded Monday Night Connect, an online ministry supporting marginalized communities seeking spiritual and personal growth. This evolved into the Faith Community Foundation, which empowered future leaders through professional development, remote workforce solutions, and community engagement—especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ryan’s career path led him back to school to study Human Resources and Business Management. He thrived in start-up environments, building training programs from the ground up. In Dallas, he helped staff teachers for the Independent School District before leading training and leadership initiatives at Trinity Event Staffing. His operations, compliance, and team development expertise strengthened Trinity’s HR and L&D functions. At Amazon (Prime Now), Ryan was key in helping to onboard 400 Whole Foods stores in 2017, leveraging data-driven insights through Salesforce and Tableau. After moving to California in 2018, he helped launch Amazon Go stores, implementing innovative learning and operational solutions. His passion for change management and process improvement led him to mission-driven work with San Francisco Goodwill and Walmart e-commerce, where he specialized in compliance, collaboration, and organizational growth. A published compliance author for Wells Fargo, Ryan also created Lead to Succeed, a leadership development program. As an expert in system migrations, he has supported transitions at Amazon, First Republic Bank, and StoragePRO Management. In 2024, he built a dynamic learning culture at StoragePRO, integrating operational, technological, and growth-focused training solutions. With Six Sigma training from Google, Ryan continues to revolutionize learning and development, drive work-life balance initiatives, and shape the leaders of tomorrow. • Mehreen Omar, Co-Founder & CEO, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Mehreen Omar is the Co‑Founder & CEO of SupperClub Middle East, a trailblazing luxury‑membership platform redefining the meaning of lifestyle access across nine countries. What began as a bold idea in 2020 has grown into a regionally celebrated brand one that global banks, top hospitality groups and elite partners trust to deliver premium experiences with discretion, ease, and value. Before embracing entrepreneurship, Mehreen honed her commercial and leadership chops in the corporate world, notably as Head of Sales at Groupon as well as as being the Regional Manager at Standard Chartered Bank where she witnessed first-hand the unmet demand for seamless, high‑end lifestyle services. It was this insight paired with her belief in quality, service, and access that spurred her to co‑found SupperClub Middle East. Her journey hasn’t been without challenge: launching a hospitality‑focused venture just before a global pandemic forced tough decisions. But Mehreen’s resilience, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to purpose turned adversity into opportunity. She guided SupperClub through early turbulence pivoting and iterating quickly based on real member feedback, refining the product-market fit, and persevering when many would have stepped back. SupperClub has delivered exponential growth: from a modest base to a thriving membership business, with thousands of users, tens of thousands of bookings, and partnerships spanning in over 15 countries at luxury hotels, fine dining venues, spas, beach clubs even extending beyond the Gulf to Africa to Europe. Mehreen leads with a rare blend of strategic vision and human-centered empathy. She believes in building companies that don’t just grow, but matter: where teams feel empowered, partners feel heard, and members feel valued. Her leadership style is rooted in authenticity, integrity and intentional growth measured not just by metrics, but by impact. As a passionate advocate for women in business, Mehreen is proof that bold ambition, disciplined resilience, and heartfelt purpose can rewrite expectations. • Dr. Lonna Gordon, Board-Certified Adolescent Medicine Physician & Enneagram-Informed Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Dr. Lonna Gordon is a board-certified adolescent medicine physician with 15 years of clinical experience and leadership roles across multiple academic institutions. She currently serves as a department chief, where her work spans clinical care, graduate medical education, medical student teaching, and research. She also leads a Women in Medicine initiative and serves on multiple institutional boards and committees, advocating for both patient care and the professionals who provide it. Alongside her academic medicine career, Lonna is the founder of The KNOBS LLC, a coaching, speaking, and workshop practice for parents, tweens, teens, and the professionals who support them. She uses the Enneagram, grounded in her clinical expertise and years of direct work with adolescents, to help young people and the adults who love them understand not just what drives behavior, but why—creating the kind of connection that builds trust rather than distance. Lonna leads workshops for youth-serving professionals on adolescent development, communication, and connection, and speaks widely to parent and professional audiences on navigating the teen years with more clarity and less friction. She is also the host of Tweens, Teens & Everything Between, a podcast exploring identity, communication, and connection during adolescence. Lonna's mission is to illuminate threshold moments—for tweens, teens, young adults, and even those in the "adolescence" of their own careers—so they know their voice matters, their experience makes sense, and they are enough to become who they are meant to be. Whether she's in clinic, on stage, behind a microphone, or leading a workshop, her work is guided by one belief: understanding, not fixing, is what creates real change. • Diana C. Stephens, Career Transition Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Diana Stephens, Founder Mindful Job Alignment, has always enjoyed helping people brainstorm options about their career. Her relentless curiosity drives her to dig deeper for more innovative answers.   Having been a casualty of five corporate layoffs in ten years, she knows all too well the life disruption caused by a job transition. She walked that path for over 16 years, the career chaos, health challenges and eldercare for a parent with Alzheimer’s. All of this caused severe financial issues and deep stress in her life. Her quest to feel more secure became a journey to make sense of the chaos, understand why it happened and establish simple mindfulness and motivational practices for stress relief and to bring balance, stability, and serenity back to her life.  She also created a tactical job search action plan which incorporated mindfulness as well as must have job search techniques such as resume and LinkedIn practices.   This journey led her to complete her PhD in Holistic coaching. It was during her doctoral studies that her “mess became her mission” so, she created Mindful Job Alignment, based on her doctoral dissertation “A Mindful Approach to Job Search.”   During her journey, she has studied various mindfulness techniques that she believes anyone can bring into their life in a simple cost-efficient way. She wants to share this knowledge with you, so that you too can make sense of the difficult times and move forward with a vision for your future.   In Spring 2023, Diana was one of the authors in Mission Matters, Volume 10 with her article "Understanding the Grief Caused by Career Transitions."
