Let’s drop the professional “I have all my sh*t together” facade for a second and get real: If your business feels like a never-ending loop of overworking, overthinking, and somehow still not getting what you want, you're not stuck because you're lazy, or because you're missing the right funnel, or because Mercury is in retrograde again.

You're stuck because the part of you that actually runs the show (your subconscious mind) isn't built for real success, yet.
It’s built for safety.
And success doesn’t feel safe to an operating human system that was designed (and later trained) to survive.
Read that again. Slowly!
Because if you don’t understand this (and before you try to skip past it), let me just say this:
You’ll spend your entire career fixing the wrong problems without knowing it.
Here’s what most people don’t know (and what leaves them chasing their own tail forever):
95% of your life is subconscious.
Not metaphorically but biologically, neurologically, psychologically.
Everything from how you think, how you act, how you show up, how much you spend, how you relate to money, love, power, risk, rejection, failure, visibility, and worth. All of it is run by patterns and beliefs stored in the basement of your brain.
Which leaves 5% of you (the conscious, driven, high-achieving, to-do-list version of you) trying to override the entire system.
In other words. Good luck with your “I’m going to scale to 6 figures this year and show up online and create aligned content and meditate and journal and crush it!” plan if your subconscious mind says “nope.”
If your subconscious is wired for fear, for survival, for making sure you don’t get visible, or rich, or powerful, or seen, because those things are linked to danger, exposure, attack, risk, it’s not going to let you scale.
Not for real. Not sustainably. Not without cost.
What do you experience on the outside? That’s just a symptom.
You’ll call them “normal” business problems, like:
Burnout
Procrastination
Revenue dips
Launch dread
Chasing clients
Undercharging
Stagnation
“I don’t feel aligned anymore.”
Feeling nothing after hitting the goal you swore would change your life
And yes, these things are very common in business. But they’re not necessarily normal.
They’re signals. They’re proof that your identity (and mostly, your subconscious mind) is not on board with where you're trying to go.
So just like everyone else, you’ll try to optimize and fix the symptoms.
Your mentors and business coaches will say “yes, that’s it”, but you’ll never get close to the root of what’s actually blocking you from the level of success you desire.
You’ll think it’s just a traffic problem. A money block.
A marketing issue.
A niche that isn’t niche enough.
And again, everyone will agree with you because most of the industry is busy solving surface-level sh*t, spinning in circles, instead of leveling up.
When my subconscious hijacked my business
Let me expose myself for a hot minute.
The first time my mentor told me to go live, I froze.
Tears-in-my-eyes-before-I-even-opened-the-app level panic.
Not “I don’t want to do this.” Not “This doesn’t feel good.” Not just nerves. Terror, lol.
That was my body’s way of telling the truth that lived in my subconscious: Visibility = danger.
Being seen = being attacked. Being exposed = being unsafe.
I fully believed that making a mistake, saying the wrong thing, or just being my real, weird, imperfect self would get me laughed at and humiliated live.
And then I’d spiral into: “Everyone will hate me, my business will flop, I won’t make enough money to survive, no one will love me, and I’ll die.” Or something crazy like that.
Trust me, I’ve done the five years of academic psychology. The lectures, the frameworks, the peer-reviewed research papers. I know the system inside out.
I’d also been in the personal development industry for over 7 years.
And I’ve probably tried every spiritual and healing practice under the sun. Nothing could calm me down.
But even worse, even when I moved with the fear and went live, even when I posted consistently and sold to my audience with all the right sales tactics, nothing seemed to work.
I complained to my mentor that “the needle wasn’t moving,” and maybe business “just wasn’t meant for me” until I realized.
My messaging fell flat.
My content was a watered-down version of me. Selling made me feel icky.
And my clients? I was trying to win them over like I was in a situationship with a boy who didn’t really want me all over again.
I wasn’t fully online. I was performing. Protecting. Hiding. Trying, but hoping no one would really see me.
And that blind spot? It showed up in more than one way. More than once. Over and over.
It wasn’t until I decoded my own blind spots, saw the unconscious patterns sabotaging my success, and learned to rewire my identity, that the results I was hustling so hard for finally came in.
I had to rewire my subconscious mind’s “opinions” about money, sales, visibility, impact, and being seen as my full self.
And suddenly, everything shifted.
And when I say “shifted,” I mean I scaled my business from 0 to 100K in 8 months (at 27 years old, as a first-time business owner).
No magic strategy. No viral moment. Just identity work that actually stuck.
The lie that keeps you stuck
Here’s what everyone’s been taught:
Work harder. Do more. Be more productive. Set goals. Stay disciplined. Just push through.
But here’s what’s actually true: You can’t outwork your subconscious.
If the part of you that’s actually running the show believes it’s not safe to win, you won’t. You’ll get close. You’ll create “almost” results.
You’ll burn out, break down, and then gaslight yourself for not being grateful enough. And I get it because I’ve been there too. (More times than I want to admit.)
But if you’re still here thinking:
“Why do I feel like this?”
“Why am I still stuck at this level?”
“Why does this still not feel like enough?” And you already have.
A crazy work ethic
Business systems and structure
An entrepreneur mindset
Healed your trauma (or at least faced it)
Overcome the spiritual-bypassing BS
Tried all the funnels
Used every sales tactic
Posted consistently
Then it’s not about what you’re doing.
It’s that your body doesn’t trust what your conscious mind is trying to build.
Because the system underneath your effort, your subconscious identity, is still wired for survival, not expansion.
And that’s the real problem.
Your subconscious isn’t just “not aligned.”
It’s actively working against the reality you say you want.
And unless you learn how to access it, rewire it, and rebuild your internal human operating system.
You’ll keep pushing harder, while getting the same result:
Stuck. Quietly resentful. Secretly ashamed.
Wondering how everyone else is moving and why it still feels like you're dragging yourself through mud.
This is not mindset work, it’s identity work
I can’t make this point clear enough, and I’ll probably shout it until the cows come home, but:
This is not mindset work.
Yes, mindset is cute. And so is “positive thinking.” But that’s the welcome mat.
It’s a few sticky notes on a mirror, a reframe here and there, a little visualization, a Pinterest board, a podcast episode, an Instagram quote on your carousel.
But rewiring identity? It’s not that. This is psychological surgery.
This is going into the operating system and uninstalling entire belief structures. (The ones you didn’t even know they were running in the background.)
It’s about recognizing that what you believe isn’t necessarily the truth. It’s just what your system learned to believe.
From family. From trauma. From culture. From experience. From repetition.
And even if you consciously think, “Oh, but I know all that,” the joke’s on you. (sorry, not sorry!)
Just like the joke used to be on me, my partner and every single one of my clients when they first discovered the actual depth of identity and went:
“Oh shit. I consciously knew this wasn’t true. I was absolutely convinced I was over this and had changed this pattern, but it’s still deeply alive in my subconscious.”
That’s the whole point of this: If what your subconscious mind stores (in its 95%) could be easily accessed by your conscious mind (5%), it wouldn’t be unconscious, right?
Even Jung said, “Until you make the subconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
So no, it’s not about what you know, or what you’ve read, or what makes logical sense.
It’s about what’s hidden. And how it shows up in symptoms, aka business or life problems that make you say, “I don’t get why this keeps happening.”
Funny enough, I’m a big believer in quantum physics and the universe. But most of the answers we look for in God or some supernatural force? Yeah. That’s just your subconscious mind playing its tricks.
Because no matter what, you can’t out-strategize self-protection.
Your identity’s job is to keep you safe and alive. So your subconscious mind broadcasts what you need (not what you want) out to the quantum field.
And that frequency becomes the results (and the consequences) of what manifests in your material world. Aka: your reality.
Now I’m guessing it’s all starting to click. And yes, this sh*t is just as brutal as it is freeing.
(That’s why I love it so much. It’s spicy.)
So no, you can’t affirm your way out of this. Self-love? Mindset work? Healing?
Not deep enough for entrepreneurs and leaders like you and me.
The real flex? Peace that matches your power
Most of the people I work with are already successful. (To different degrees, of course).
They know how. They’re not newbies. They’re not lost. They’re not completely off the rails.
But the bigger your mission, the crazier the impact, the deeper the layers of identity that need to be uncovered.
So in most cases, this isn’t just about external results or achievements.
I mean, yes, those come. And 99% of the time, they’re just logical, natural consequences of the subconscious tweaks we make.
But when I say I want you to be successful, I don’t mean any kind of success.
I mean success that feels as good as it looks.
Because the ugly truth for most entrepreneurs and high achievers is. You can make money and still feel like you’re choking.
You can have a full plate and still feel like something’s missing. You can “arrive” and still feel like you’re nowhere close.
If it doesn’t feel like freedom, you’re not free. If it doesn’t feel like you, is it really worth it?
That’s where my work lives.
Not in ‘’making you more productive.’’ Not in fixing your strategy.
But in helping you actually feel safe (and excited) to hold the next level of life you want:
Navigating hard times and overcoming obstacles.
Making big decisions and leading with confidence.
Pioneering in your industry.
Holding hard conversations with your team.
Making big money (and not spending it all because you don’t know how to hold it).
Improving your relationships.
Breaking through plateaus.
Completing the mission your soul came here for.
So if you’re still reading
If this hit something deep, if you feel like you just got clocked, exposed, and relieved all at once, you’re ready.
Ready to stop hacking at symptoms.
Ready to stop tweaking strategy while your subconscious is actively working against it. Ready to stop shrinking inside of your own success.
