Success in business is no longer defined by geography. Today, it is measured by the ability to build systems that attract people from all over the world – not through advertising, but through real value. This principle lies at the core of Mariya Gavdey’s approach – an entrepreneur and founder of MGart, who in recent years has transformed a professional community into an international ecosystem. “I was never trying to just organize an event. For me, it was about creating a point of attraction - a place people genuinely want to come to,” she explains.

MGart Beauty Awards, held on October 19 in Dallas, brought together participants from multiple countries, creating not just a competition, but a space where expertise, ambition, and true professional level intersect. What truly defined the event, however, was not the number of participants, but their quality. Unlike mass industry competitions, the awards were intentionally designed as a high-level, selective professional platform with a strong entry threshold.
“It was very important for me that this wouldn’t become a mass event. I wanted to bring together strong professionals for whom it’s not about participation, but about level,” says Mariya Gavdey.
The format of the awards required more than just submitting an application – it demanded readiness to operate in a highly competitive, international environment where what matters is not visual appeal, but the depth of professional approach. That is exactly why participation in MGart Beauty Awards has become a marker not just of ambition, but of professional maturity.
The very fact that artists flew into Dallas from countries such as Norway, Australia, Israel, Germany, Austria, and Canada became a defining indicator of the event’s status. In an industry where most competitions remain local, this format sets a fundamentally different standard – more demanding, more selective, and ultimately more meaningful. “When someone flies in from another country, they’re not doing it for experience – they’re doing it for recognition. And that creates a completely different level of commitment,” Mariya notes.

At the same time, the awards themselves are only one part of a broader system that Mariya is building. MGart is not just a brand – it is a platform that brings together education, products, and an international professional community. Through training programs and global events, a new model of growth is emerging - one where success is defined not by local visibility, but by the ability to meet global standards.
“You can gather any number of people. The real question is – who are these people, and what level do they represent?” says Mariya. This principle lies at the heart of MGart Beauty Awards, where participation is no longer just a step in a career, but a validation of it.
This is what a new type of business success looks like. It is not about entering a market – it is about becoming a point that the market itself begins to move toward.
