Carie Winchell is a spiritually informed Licensed Mental Health Therapist, specializing in Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Attachment Trauma, and Intuitive Development. She has guided thousands of healing sessions over the past 30 years. She is also a Gene Keys & Human Design Guide and Metaphysical Mentor. Carie's intention is to support personal empowerment and the expansion of consciousness through the awakening to one's highest potential.
Carie leverages 30 years of experience in both intuitive and scientific fields, specializing in Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Human Design, Gene Keys, intuitive and metaphysical modalities, and creative collaboration with colleagues. She integrates neuroscience and intuition to catalyze awakening, healing, and transformation. Carie’s approach enlightens and transforms, offering perspectives that empower clients as they venture on their Hero’s/Heroine's journey and access the deeper voice of their soul. Brainspotting and somatic experiencing
Somatic Experiencing, coupled with the Brainspotting Technique, supports the processing of implicit trauma, emotions, pain, and dreams by connecting eye positions to neural distress. The conscious mind is bypassed, allowing the regulatory centers to activate natural healing and release trauma. Women’s human design and gene keys workshop
Human Design and Gene Keys are systems of self-discovery and spiritual contemplation based on your birth time and place. However, if you don't have access to the exact time, you can still generate a Gene Keys Profile to help you understand aspects of your Human Design Profile.
Gene Keys is a journey through your consciousness that guides you toward embodying your creative gifts. They are archetypes in your DNA that reflect your fear responses to life, stemming from childhood wounds at various developmental stages, back to conception, and through your ancestral lineage. They also reveal your creative genius and essence! Human Design offers practical insights, including your Internal Authority and Life Strategy, that reveal how your intuition works and how to make decisions that align with your true self rather than cultural or family conditioning. Carie's work emphasizes integration and wholeness so that this becomes an embodied way of living.
In this workshop, you will discover how you are designed to use your energy and how to make intuitively aligned decisions by honoring your Strategy & Authority- your unique design. You will also learn about your hardest lesson (Personality Earth) and how to connect with your inner parent for self-care (Design Saturn) and to support your inner child’s (Design Venus) unique expression of love. When your inner parent’s creative gift is integrated, you will experience internal stability and a sense of embodied safety. You will receive a personalized reading of these aspects, along with contemplative suggestions to support integration.

I’m excited to begin this 7th series, bringing women together to support expansion beyond what the world has told you is possible! Uncover the patterns holding you back and embody your unique gifts while exploring various aspects of Human Design & Gene Keys with the support of other like-minded women. The journey begins with foundational teachings, supported by abundant handouts created just for you. Then we will go into deep contemplation of your relationship with your inner family system, including your hardest lesson, and the inner child and inner parent aspects of your profile.
