Carie Winchell is a Spiritually informed Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Guide, and Mentor with 30 years of experience supporting individuals and couples. She graduated from Seattle University in 2000 with a Master's in Humanistic Existential Psychology. She continued her education at Bastyr University studying Intuitive Development through Shamanism for three years as well as completing an extensive two year training in Somatic Therapy, along with various additional trainings on Neuroscience. Carie continued to mentor with three Shamanic Practitioner's for several years beyond her formal education as well as studying with exceptional therapist's and energy workers. She is a life long student, always seeking to grow and expand.
 
Carie is an explorer and visionary who is passionate about assisting other daring and courageous beings while journeying to discover their greatness. She bridges the left analytical brain with the right intuitive brain as well as the emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic realms/bodies. Her work goes much deeper than traditional psychotherapy, as she supports the revealing of her clients Psycho-Mythology so that one's Soul can heal.
 
Carie's work is grounded and holisitc. She incorporates the ancient spiritual tradition of Shamanism, Gene Keys and Human Design, the I-Ching, Tarot, Numerology, and North Node Astrology as well as Gestalt/Jungian methods to support epigenetic healing. She uses Gene Keys and Human Design Profiles as an oracle or entry into the unconscious, where one's woundings back to the time of conception and genetic imprinting are illuminated. As the journey unfolds, she supports the purifying and healing of this trauma stored in the body so that one's gifts can be more deeply felt and more fully expressed. Journeying with Carie can uncover a wealth of information to support the empowerment of one's greater purpose on their hero/heroines journey as well as an expansion of one's intuitive gifts.
 
Carie is also passionate about teaching classes on Human Design and Gene Keys and creating Women's Circles to bring women together to learn and be witnessed and supported.
