Genta Spaho-Vazquez is a lifestyle entrepreneur and the founder of Genta Wellness and The Glow Social Club, a modern wellness brand helping high-achieving women heal from burnout, reset their health, and create sustainable routines that feel like freedom, not pressure. Her signature approach, freedom-based wellness, is built on the belief that feeling good shouldn’t require fixing yourself; it should feel like coming home.

Certified in integrative nutrition and trained in functional health protocols, Genta blends real science with real life. Her work cuts through the noise of wellness culture and offers women a new standard: grounded, practical, results-oriented support with zero guilt and zero guesswork.

Through mentorship, digital programs, and a thriving online community, Genta is leading a quiet rebellion against hustle-fueled health and helping women reclaim their energy, confidence, and clarity on their terms.

Her mission: wellness that works in real life, and women who feel wildly free inside it.

What inspired your work from corporate to lifestyle entrepreneur?

A few years ago, I found myself staring at my reflection in the mirror after yet another long day at my corporate job. I had spent over a decade climbing the ladder in legal IT—leading teams through fast-moving litigation projects where the stakes were always high and the deadlines were always yesterday.

On paper, it looked like I had it all—a solid career, a comfortable life, all the boxes checked. But my body was screaming for a different life.

I had gained over 30 pounds, my hormones were completely out of balance, and I was waking up every morning already exhausted. I felt like I was stuck in a loop—meal plans, workouts, protocols—always searching, never settling. Nothing felt sustainable. And none of it felt like me.

Then I got laid off. And instead of panicking... I exhaled.

That moment became my turning point. I knew I couldn’t go back—not just to a job, but to a life that constantly asked me to abandon myself in the name of productivity.

So I got certified in integrative nutrition, moved abroad with my husband, and built Genta Wellness and its sister community, The Glow Social Club, from the ground up.

Today, my mission is to help high-achieving women reclaim their energy, rebalance their health, and redefine wellness on their own terms—without burnout, obsession, or shame.

What drives you?

Honestly? The women I built this for.

The ones who’ve spent years holding everything together—career, relationships, family—while quietly falling apart behind the scenes. The ones who wake up tired, blame themselves for not “doing enough,” and still push through because rest feels like a luxury they can’t afford.

I know that woman because I was her.

What drives me is watching that shift happen.

When a woman realizes she doesn’t have to earn her rest.

When her skin starts glowing again.

When she tells me she finally had the energy to go dancing, or slept through the night for the first time in years. That lights me up every single time.

Can you share a client success story that really moved you?

One of my clients came to me after years of trying every diet under the sun. She was exhausted, disconnected from her body, and convinced that wellness just “wasn’t for her.”

We didn’t start with overhauling her pantry or forcing workouts. We started with the basics: blood sugar balance, nervous system support, and a little community love.

In just a few weeks, she was sleeping through the night. Her anxiety started lifting. She told me, “I didn’t realize how numb I had become—until I started to feel again.”

That moment gave me chills. Because it wasn’t about the weight she lost or the energy she gained (though she did both). It was about coming home to herself.

That’s the real glow-up.

How does Genta Wellness differentiate itself from competitors in the industry?

The wellness world has a perfectionism problem. It sells the idea that if you just try harder, buy the right powders, or stick to the strict routine, you’ll finally feel better.

But most of the women I work with are already trying. They’re already disciplined. They’re just tired of chasing a finish line that keeps moving.

Genta Wellness offers something different. It’s not another plan telling you what to fix. It’s a lifestyle ecosystem built to help you finally feel like yourself again—without shame, pressure, or obsession.

We focus on small, consistent wins that compound over time. Think: simple, nourishing meals, gentle detox practices, and tools that support your nervous system—not stress it out.

Most of all, we do it in community. Because when women feel seen, safe, and supported, everything changes.

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

I’d change the way the wellness industry preys on women’s insecurities.

Too much of it is rooted in fear—fear of aging, fear of gaining weight, fear of not being "optimized" enough. It turns health into another performance, another thing we have to perfect.

And the irony? That constant stress is the thing keeping so many women sick, stuck, and disconnected from their bodies.

Wellness shouldn’t feel like a job. It should feel like coming home.

I want to see more real conversations. More soft structure. More solutions that center nourishment, not punishment.

That’s why I built my business—not to add more noise, but to create a space that helps women trust themselves again.

What future projects are you excited about?

Right now, I’m pouring my heart into growing The Glow Social Club—a soft-structure wellness community for women who are done with burnout, extremes, and trying to fix themselves.

We’re expanding our platform with weekly meal plans, mini detox tools, mindset support, and a growing library of workshops to help women reconnect with their bodies and create sustainable, feel-good routines.

But this is just the beginning.

Long-term, I see The Glow Social Club becoming a physical space—a wellness sanctuary where nervous system healing, nourishment, and community are the foundation.Less white-coat clinical, more olive oil and exhale.

I want women to walk in and feel like their whole system can finally relax. Because the future of wellness isn’t about doing more—it’s about learning to live well, softly.

How do you maintain your own well-being while supporting others on their wellness journeys?

I practice what I preach.

I used to chase “balance” like it was a destination—perfect calendar, color-coded routines, strict boundaries. But these days, I see it more like a rhythm. Some seasons are fuller than others, and that’s okay—as long as I’m not abandoning myself in the process.

Living in Europe has helped me rewire my relationship with time.

Here, people sit for hours over coffee. Meals are slower. Life is more spacious.

I’ve built that spaciousness into my business too. I batch my content, prioritize deep work over busywork, and build in breaks before I hit burnout.

And I have support. My husband, my routines, my own mentors. I’ve learned that I can’t pour into others if I’m leaking energy everywhere.

So I protect my peace like it’s part of the business plan—because it is.

For individuals feeling overwhelmed by wellness trends, what foundational steps would you recommend to begin a sustainable journey?

Start by zooming out.

Forget the protocols, the powders, the perfect morning routine. Ask yourself:

— Am I sleeping 7–8 hours a night?

— Am I eating full meals at regular times?

— Am I drinking enough water and moving my body in ways that feel good?

If not, start there. These aren’t trendy. They’re timeless. And they work.
