What inspired your transition from corporate to entrepreneurship?

A few years ago, I found myself staring at my reflection after yet another grueling day in corporate legal IT. I had spent over a decade climbing the ladder, leading teams through high-stakes projects where the stakes were always high and the deadlines were always yesterday. On paper, it looked like I had it all a solid career, a comfortable life, all the boxes checked. But my body was screaming for a different life. I was exhausted, out of balance, and stuck in a loop meal plans, workouts, protocols always searching, never settling. Nothing felt sustainable. And none of it felt like me.

Then I got laid off. And instead of panicking... I exhaled. That moment became my turning point. I knew I couldn’t go back not just to a job, but to a life that constantly asked me to abandon myself in the name of productivity. So I got certified in integrative nutrition, moved abroad with my husband, and built Genta Wellness and its sister community, The Glow Wellness Club, from the ground up. Today, my mission is to help high-achieving women reclaim their energy, rebalance their health, and redefine wellness on their own terms without burnout, obsession, or shame. It's about creating a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

What drives you?

Honestly? It's the women I built this for. The ones who are juggling everything career, relationships, family while quietly feeling like they're falling apart behind the scenes. The ones who wake up exhausted, blame themselves for not doing enough, and still push through because rest feels like a luxury they can't afford. I know that woman because I was her. What truly drives me is witnessing that transformative shift when a woman realizes she doesn’t have to earn her rest, when her skin starts glowing again, when she finally has the energy to enjoy life, whether it's dancing or simply sleeping through the night. That lights me up every single time. It's about helping them reclaim their energy and redefine wellness on their own terms, without the burnout, obsession, or shame. That's the real magic.

Can you share a client success story that really moved you?

Absolutely. One client came to me after years of trying every diet under the sun, feeling exhausted and disconnected from her body. She was caught in the cycle of chasing perfection, always feeling like she was falling short. We started with the basics: blood sugar balance, nervous system support, and community love. In just a few weeks, she was sleeping through the night, her anxiety lifted, and she told me, "I didn’t realize how numb I had become until I started to feel again." It wasn’t about the weight she lost or the energy she gained it was about coming home to herself. That’s the real glow-up. Seeing her transformation, from feeling overwhelmed and disconnected to vibrant and empowered, was incredibly moving. It’s stories like hers that remind me why I do what I do.

How does Genta Wellness differentiate itself from competitors in the industry?

Genta Wellness stands out in the wellness industry by addressing a critical gap: the perfectionism problem. The industry often sells the idea that trying harder or buying the right products will make you feel better. But the women I work with are already disciplined they’re just tired of chasing a moving finish line. Genta Wellness offers something different. It’s not about fixing yourself, it’s about creating a lifestyle ecosystem that helps you feel like yourself again, without shame or pressure. We focus on small, consistent wins that compound over time, with community support that changes everything. This approach allows women to reclaim their energy and redefine wellness on their own terms, making it sustainable and freeing.

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

If I could change one thing about the wellness industry, it would be the pervasive culture of perfectionism and the unrealistic standards it sets. So often, the industry sells the idea that wellness is about achieving a certain look or following a rigid routine, which can lead to burnout and feelings of inadequacy. I’d love to see a shift towards embracing wellness as a personal journey that’s about feeling good, not just looking good. It’s about creating sustainable habits that honor your body and mind, rather than punishing them. This change would empower more people to pursue wellness in a way that truly supports their unique needs and lifestyles, fostering a healthier, more inclusive community.

What future projects are you excited about?

I'm incredibly excited about expanding the reach of The Glow Wellness Club. It's a space that’s deeply meaningful to me, especially after witnessing the incredible transformations that happen when women come together in a supportive community. We're focusing on creating more personalized, enriching experiences for women who are on their wellness journey, balancing their health goals with the demands of everyday life. Additionally, I'm thrilled about upcoming partnerships with women-led wellness brands that share our vision of holistic health and empowerment. These projects are all about helping women embrace wellness on their own terms, nurturing both their bodies and minds without compromising their personal values. It's going to be an inspiring journey!

How do you maintain your own well-being while supporting others on their wellness journeys?

I truly embody the principles I advocate for.

In the past, I pursued "balance" as if it were a fixed point meticulously organized schedules, color-coded plans, and unyielding boundaries. Now, I embrace it as a rhythm. Some seasons demand more, and that's perfectly fine as long as I remain true to myself.

Living in Europe has profoundly reshaped my perception of time.

Here, people linger over coffee for hours. Meals are leisurely. Life unfolds with more room to breathe.

I've infused that spaciousness into my business. I batch content, focus on deep work rather than busywork, and incorporate breaks to prevent burnout.

Support is crucial. My husband, my routines, and my mentors play pivotal roles. I've realized that I can't nurture others if I'm depleting my own energy.

Therefore, I safeguard my peace as an integral part of my business strategy because it truly is.

For individuals feeling overwhelmed by wellness trends, what foundational steps would you recommend to begin a sustainable journey?

For those feeling overwhelmed by the endless wellness trends, it's crucial to start with simplicity and clarity. First, get clear on your core values and what truly matters to you. This will guide your decisions and help you filter out noise that doesn't align with your personal goals. Next, establish a few non-negotiable wellness practices that resonate with you whether it's a daily walk, a meditation session, or a nourishing meal. Consistency is key, so focus on integrating these practices into your routine rather than chasing every new trend. Lastly, listen to your body and honor its needs. Wellness isn't one-size-fits-all, it's about finding what works for you and creating a rhythm that supports your well-being. Remember, it's a journey, not a destination.
