1. Pearl Tisane


The Experience: Protection. Totally self-assured and the world is her oyster. Organic ingredients: Holy basil leaf, Rosemary leaf, Lavender flower, Sage leaf. Holy basil Botanical name: Ocimum tenuiflorum

Part used: Leaf Flavour: Herbal Traditionally known in herbal medicine as one of the most sacred plants in India and is considered The Queen of the Herbs for its restorative and spiritual properties. It acts as an adaptogen to help regulate stress.

Spiritual uses: Holy basil nurtures the spirit, balancing the chakras and finding your centre.

Rosemary Botanical name: Rosemarius officinalis

Part used: Leaf Flavour: Herbal Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an antioxidant, antimicrobial, spasmolytic (relieves spasms), carminative, mild analgesic, and circulatory stimulant. Used for headaches, anxiety, depression, poor concentration and memory, and improvement of hepatic and biliary function (supporting fat digestion). Lavender Botanical name: Lavender anguvstifolia Part Used: Flower Flavour: Floral Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an antidepressant, carminative (relieves colic & wind), and muscle & nerve relaxant. It helps relieve muscle spasms & aids relaxation during times of stress or anxiety, or to unwind before sleep. Lavender is indicated for intestinal colic or digestive weakness, flatulent dyspepsia, headache, and menopausal symptoms. Sage Botanical Name: Salvia officials

Lemon myrtle Botanical Name: Backhousia citriodora

Part used: Leaf Flavour: Citrus, lemon Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an antiseptic, and calmative (relaxing effect). Indicated for the common cold, influenza, bronchitis, indigestion, and other irritable gut disorders. Spiritual uses: Lemonmyrtle is used for intuitive working and clears the mind.

Ginger Botanical name: Zingiber official

Part used: Root Flavour: Pungent, spicy Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an anti-inflammatory, circulatory stimulant, and antioxidant. Indicated for nausea and vomiting associated with travel and morning sickness. Also used for intestinal colic, fever, arthritis, endometriosis, and migraine headaches. Warming for cold constitutions. Licorice Botanical name: Glycyrrhiza glabra Part used: Root Flavour: Sweet Traditionally used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen and adrenal restorative for stress. 3. Amethyst Tisane
