What’s your story? How did you come to do the work you do today?

I didn’t plan this path. I had dreams of joining one of the Big 6 accountancy firms in the UK when I left university chasing success, wealth, and power. But that path wasn’t mine to walk and I’m thankful for it. This journey found me not when I was striving, but when I was finally open to change.

What brought me here wasn’t a business plan; it was a breakdown, or rather, many breakdowns and rebirths. After a long and turbulent marriage, I came to realise I had spent years living in and growing up within narcissistic dynamics. That realisation came through therapy, and through the healing path that, looking back now, has spanned more than 30 years.

I knew I needed to heal on every level, the nervous system, the soul, and the subconscious. That’s when I turned inward and fully embraced the spiritual side of me that had always been there, but I had ignored.

I took a formal route into healing and immersed myself in learning from teachers and guides. Along the way, I gained qualifications and experience in NLP, somatic practices, trauma-informed tools, reflexology, breathwork, and energy healing, among other modalities.

But underpinning it all was the deepest, most transformative lesson: self-love. Learning to hold space for who I truly am beneath the stories, expectations, and survival patterns has been the foundation of everything I now offer to others.

Clarity Coaching Energy was born from that transformation. It’s not just a brand, it’s my embodiment. Now I help others reclaim their own clarity, confidence, and self-worth after they’ve lost themselves in burnout, relationships, roles, or grief.

Tell us about a pivotal moment that changed your life or perspective.

1.Losing my father was one of the deepest turning points of my life. It opened a portal of remembrance not just of him, but of me. His passing cracked something open. I stopped pretending everything was fine, I stopped performing strength training I started listening.

That grief pulled me inward. It connected me back to my body, my intuition, and to the parts of me I had silenced. It was also the first time I truly understood that healing wasn’t something I could rush or intellectualise. It had to be embodied.

It changed the way I parent, the way I love, and the way I hold space for others. I now work from a place that is deeply honest, spiritual, and grounded in what it truly means to feel again.

What’s the purpose that fuels everything you do?

My purpose is to help people remember who they are when they are not in survival mode. I guide them back to the truth that they are already a work of art, complete and worthy of the whole world and more.

Whether it’s through one-to-one coaching, reflexology sessions, or my digital offerings, every piece of my work is designed to bring people back to their inner wisdom.

I believe self-love isn’t something we earn; it’s something we return to. When we choose it, everything begins to recalibrate.

What’s your definition of success now? Has it changed?

Absolutely. Success used to mean being financially abundant, approved of, validated and being seen to be productive. Now? Success is about alignment, finding peace, and simply being in the moment.

To me, success looks like owning my time and doing what lights me up. If my work touches people on a soul level and I still have time to live, laugh, rest, create, and be present with my children, that’s real success.

And if I can dance barefoot and still earn income from my courses? That’s winning on every level.

Tell us about Clarity Coaching Energy. What do you offer and who is it for?

Clarity Coaching Energy is for people who are done feeling disconnected from themselves. It’s for the ones who are ready to move beyond people-pleasing, burnout, grief, and past trauma, and start reconnecting to their nervous system, intuition, purpose and self-love!

I work with people in midlife transitions, whether they’re coming out of a difficult relationship, stepping away from a career that no longer fits, or simply waking up to the realisation that they want more.

I offer 1:1 coaching, reflexology sessions (infused with intuitive healing), digital workbooks and courses like Transforming Limiting Beliefs into Empowering Truths, and workshops on self-love, nervous system healing, and energetic boundaries.

What sets your work apart from other coaches or healing practices?

What sets me apart is that I don’t separate the science from the soul. I blend neuroscience, somatic wisdom, soul-led guidance and practical psychology with spiritual practices, deep energetic presence, and real-life lived experience.

I’ve been through the fire, and my work reflects that. I don’t offer “quick fix” coaching. I offer real transformation. Clients often tell me they feel held, seen, and safe for the first time in years.

I’m also a Manifestor in Human Design, so I’m here to initiate powerful shifts. My energy moves people fast, but it’s always centred, grounded, and compassionate.

What challenges do your clients usually face, and how do you help them shift?

Most of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally shut down, or stuck in self-doubt. They often have a history of people-pleasing or have lost themselves in caregiving, relationships, or high-pressure careers.

Together, we work on re-regulating their nervous system, rebuilding their self-trust, and reconnecting them with the voice they stopped listening to their own.

I help them create a life that’s aligned with who they are, not who they had to be to survive. We go deep, gently.

Can you share a moment or a story that made you feel, “This is why I do this”?

I had a client who came to me feeling completely lost after years in a toxic relationship. She had forgotten what joy felt like. Through our sessions and inner work, I witnessed her reclaim her voice, set healthy boundaries, and eventually launch her own offering to support other women.

She told me, “You didn’t just coach me, you walked me back home to myself.” That moment affirmed everything. That’s why I do this.

If you could change one thing about the coaching and wellness industry?

It would be the obsession with “high-vibe” culture and perfection.

Too often, I see spaces bypass the messy, sacred, very human parts of healing. It makes me uncomfortable when discomfort is ignored.

Healing isn’t aesthetic, it’s raw, real, and often painful. I want to see more honest conversations, deeper inclusion, and a shift toward heart-centred healing that honours the nervous system, not just the mindset. Moving on isn't the goal; coming home to yourself is.

What’s one misconception about self-love or healing you’d love to correct?

That self-love is selfish, or that it’s all spa days and bubble baths.

Real self-love is deep. It’s uncomfortable. It asks you to sit with yourself when everything feels hard. Its boundaries, forgiveness, rest, truth, and sovereignty.

And it’s not a one-time thing, it’s a daily devotion.

What advice would you give to someone starting their self-healing journey today?

Start small. Don’t try to become a whole new version of yourself overnight.

Instead, come back to your breath. Nourish your body. Speak kindly to yourself.

Then listen to what hurts, to what longs to be seen, to what you’ve been ignoring.

Your body knows. Your heart knows. Begin by believing that you’re already worthy, even in the mess.

Call to action: If you’ve resonated with anything I’ve shared, I invite you to take the next small step toward your healing. My downloadable course workbook, Transforming Limiting Beliefs into Empowering Truths, is a powerful place to begin, especially if you’re working on softening your inner critic and rebuilding your self-worth.

You can also connect with me via my website or socials. I love hearing from people ready to return to themselves. You don’t have to do it all at once. You just have to begin.
