Intuitive mind and fear defined.

Intuition is an inside feeling when something feels right or wrong, but a person is not sure of that. On the other hand, fear is an inside voice that alerts when something feels unsafe or dangerous. We can say that intuition is a feeling that alerts us of the right and wrong feelings, but fear is the inside critic that only says that the feeling is not safe. Both intuition and fear are totally different feelings, but when in a situation, it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two.

Let’s figure out how we can distinguish between intuition and fear when both the feelings are almost very similar. There is always some reasoning behind intuition (it might be positive or negative), but we cannot understand why it is so. On the contrary, fear is a feeling that always invokes negative feelings and mostly includes criticizing and rude thoughts.

After listening to intuition, you feel hopeful and uplifted. Whereas, if you listen to fear, you feel discouraged and degraded.

How to activate your intuitive mind

It is important to know the power of the intuitive mind and how to activate it to overcome the feeling of fear. Following are some ways that you can adopt to activate your intuitive mind.

1. Meditate:

Meditation is necessary to activate your intuitive mind. Meditation not only relaxes your brain but also clears a lot of ambiguous situations. It allows you to live in the present moment and calm your mind so that you can focus on the things which are present right at the moment.

2. Learn to forgive yourself:

You should learn to move on in your life by forgiving the mistakes you have made in the past. We sometimes spend unnecessary time regretting past mistakes. It is very important to move on and live in the present. You should relax by reminding yourself that what is done cannot be undone, so it is better to move on rather than repent of those mistakes. By practicing this, we make space for mindfulness and better understand where our intuition is taking us.

3. Keep track of feelings of fear:

To restrain yourself from getting into the feelings of fear, you must know the physical feelings of fear that may evolve fearful thinking. You should note the areas you may feel fearful in your life, like breaking up with someone, fear of being judged, fear of being alone, etc. You will be able to recognize fearful thinking if you understand the physical feelings that accompany fear.

What an intuitive mind can do?

An intuitive mind is always calm, patient, and affirming. It always lives in the present and leads us to a better track. It is a gentle guide that does not yell or criticize. An intuitive mind is mostly given positive vibes, but it politely tells about upcoming difficulties if there is some trouble.
