I get it. You’re busy!
So am I, but that doesn’t mean we can’t put the time we invest in our business to the absolute best possible use.
You'd be amazed at home many hours you can save every week by automating repetitive tasks, getting organized, and streamlining your systems.
Finding time to focus on getting things in order is one investment that will pay off big in the long run. It’s truly one of the most important things you can do for your business because it will allow you to do what you love doing the most—working with your clients! Remember that?? It’s the reason you are doing this!
Here are 4 things you can easily automate to help you get some of your time back:
Appointment Scheduling and Reminders
It takes so much time and energy going back and forth trying to find a time that suits you and your prospective client, and it gets even trickier when different time zones come into play! Set yourself up for success by automating the entire process.
Follow-Ups
Congratulations! You booked a discovery call and presented your strategy and offers to a prospective client. Then what? Think about the next steps you take to follow up with that person — you can easily set up a follow-up email (or two) and set them to send automatically a few days after your call.
Welcoming New Clients
With some proper planning, you'll be doing this one a lot! Think about your onboarding process. Do you send an agreement, invoice, and a welcome pack? Do you manually gather information differently with each new client? When you systematize and streamline your process, it makes things so much easier — not only for you but for your clients! Setting up seamless onboarding workflows helps you stay organized and ensures that you’re delivering a consistent client experience. You can easily create automation or template for each step of your process and set it up as a workflow. Then, breathe easy while autopilot works its magic!
Marketing
If you don't have a system in place yet for your marketing, you're probably feeling quite scattered, and you might not be getting the results you're after. Using automation for your email sequences is one of those things you should absolutely be doing, but it often gets pushed to the back burner. Quick example: My first two clients had built up substantial mailing lists their first year or two in business without even trying, but neither one of them had emailed their list — Ever! Don’t let this be you.
Automating takes a bit of time, research, and planning, but it is worth it! Once your systems are in place and running smoothly, you'll see how much easier your life gets and how much happier your customers are.
