Welcome to The Gift Shoppe, a series of sacred offerings to the soul. Each article in this series is a "gift", a reminder, a revelation, a doorway to deeper truth.

Hand writing "1x1" on a green chalkboard with colorful letter blocks (A, B, C, U, Z) in foreground. Warm, educational setting.

All my life, I’ve been a dreamer, and ooh wee, I have met some wonderful, yet probably unbelievable beings. LOL!

Some of my dreams don’t feel like dreams at all.

They feel like messages, coded in mystery, delivered by Spirit in the stillness of dawn.

This was one of those dreams.

It was 4:55 a.m. when I awoke, breath steady, heart alert.

I had just come out of a dream that felt more like a visitation.

I was in a store, a place of value, where things are judged, chosen, and exchanged.

To my left was a man I knew.

To my right, a man the world would likely overlook:

Hooded. Scruffy. Face hidden. Quiet. But not absent.

The man I knew assumed that the guy to my right was what he called “slow,” meaning not intelligent.

But I didn’t feel that; in fact, I knew something divine about him.

In an attempt to “help” or educate the gentle, mysterious soul to my right, the man on my left began reciting the alphabet:“

A, B, C, D...”

Trying to get the other man to follow along, to prove he could learn.

But the hooded man just listened, calm, unbothered, present.

When the man I knew finished the alphabet, the hooded one finally spoke:

“Hmm. You said it wrong. U comes after Z.”

The cashier turned with a sinister grin, and the guy I knew chuckled and said, “I can’t help him.”

But me? I knew a divine truth was coming through.

The hooded man continued:

“U comes after X, Y, Z, after everything, there’s YOU. All roads lead to YOU.”

“Just as God times God is God, and God is One. One time, anything is still One.

That’s why Yeshua said: What I do, you will do also, and greater.”

After I woke up, I made my way to the restroom for that first a.m. release. You know, that’s where some of my most profound ah-ha moments take place.

And this was one of those moments.

The tears began to stream.

Because the one they assumed was broken was divine.

Because the one they tried to correct was carrying the correction.

Because the one they judged was truth in disguise.

YOU comes after Z

When the system ends,

When the rules stop,

When the world runs out of boxes, YOU begin.

You are the continuation.

You are the breath that follows silence.

You are the letter the world forgot to include.

So, what do you do when you feel like you’ve hit the end?

1. Return to the alphabet

Write out A to Z.

Then write: YOU.

You are the next letter. The next chapter.

2. Return to one

Say aloud:

“One times me is still me.”

Let your spirit remember that God multiplied is still God.

And you are not separate.

3. Breathe

Hand on heart. Inhale.

Say:

“After Z comes me.”

Exhale.

Let your nervous system relearn the truth:

You are not finished,

You are just beginning.

This is the GIFT.

The wisdom of the one overlooked.

The letter the world forgot to include.

And just like my mama always said,

“It just keeps getting gooder and gooder.”
