This is gift: The spiral of time – and the collapse of the illusion

Some months ago, while holding sacred space for a client during a channeling session, a different energy arrived.

Some transmissions are more than words. Some channelings carry a memory wrapped in mystery. This one came… as a presence.

When I asked who they were, they said, "The Timekeeper."

My first thought? Ohhhhh, Free... you done done it now.

But her presence was so gentle. It moved like breath through the veil-clear, ancient, unwavering.

She said what my spirit already knew but hadn't put into words:

"Time... is not what we think it is."

"It never was."

She didn't say time was ending.

She said the illusion of time-the way we've been taught to track it, chase it, fear it-was unraveling.

What we call time is collapsing.

I asked, "What does that mean?" (in true Free fashion).

She smiled through the veil:

"You're remembering."

And if you’ve been feeling it lately-

like days blur, dreams loop, past pain shows up in new faces-

you’re not going crazy.

You’re waking up.

So, let’s talk about it.

Time Was Never Linear

We were told time was a straight line: past, present, future. Like some conveyor belt we just ride until we drop off at the 'end.'

But that was always a scam.

Nature doesn’t move in lines. Look at it: galaxies swirl, shells spiral, your very DNA is twisting in sacred rhythm. The real clock of the cosmos? It's a dance. A pulse. A spiraling groove.

Humans built linear time to keep the matrix organized. Schedules. Deadlines. Taxes. Birthdays. (Bless it.) But spirit-time? That’s soul business. That’s alignment time. That’s the good time.

And when we step off the line and back into the spiral whew

We don’t get lost. We wake up.

History Doesn’t Repeat It Spirals

I have always heard the elders say: 'History repeats itself.' Cute. But for real it’s spiraling.

Same energies, same themes but on a different octave. So no, you’re not back in that same relationship with a different name. You’re being invited to handle it with a new level of wisdom.

Maybe your grandma’s silence is coming back through your own throat. Maybe that anger you’re feeling isn’t just yours  it’s ancestral, my dear. It’s looping for liberation.

The spiral doesn’t come back to trap you. It comes back to free you.

So, if something feels like it’s circling again don’t run. Don’t shame yourself. Step into it with ALL eyes wide open.

Because this time? You’re holding the torch.

And now? The Spiral is Spiraling.

Time is collapsing. Timelines are overlapping. And like the person who tells you how the movie ends knowing you haven’t seen it yet, your future self is dropping spoilers in your dreams. Your past lives are sending you DMs in your body.

You’re remembering lives you’ve never lived. You’re grieving pain you can’t name. You’re having déjà vu that feels like divine instruction.

This isn’t burnout. This is breakthrough.

You’re not broken. You’re spiral-born.

How to move through spiral time (without spiraling out)

  1. Spiral journaling — Instead of tracking goals, track themes. What’s circling back? Who showed up again? What did you finally say no to?

  2. Recognize emotional déjà vu You’ve been here before, but you’re not the same you. Use the feeling as an entry point, not a trap.

  3. Breathe + Embody Anchor in the NOW. Wiggle your toes. Sip some tea. Touch a tree. Your body is your portal not just your past.

  4. Release the timeline pressure Linear goals don’t make sense in spiral time. Flow in rhythm. Pause in grace. Honor your divine pace.

The Future Isn’t Ahead It’s Inside

You’re not late. You’re not lost. You’re not behind.

You are spiraling right on time.

Every breath is arrival.

Every choice is remembering.

Every step is holy.

Keep dancing. The spiral knows the way.

This is The GIFT.

And baby, it just keeps getting gooder and gooder.
