1. Morning prayer

Ninja Tip 1 is Morning Prayer to begin your day with an attitude of gratitude. Raise your vibration by connecting to your higher self and being thankful.

Morning Prayer becomes a habit attracting success through the superpower of your positive mindset. Ninja Tip 1 is about operating from a higher frequency first thing in the morning so your whole day is more proactive and productive.

Ninja Exercise 1: Commit to practicing Morning Prayer and every day mark your calendar with an “X.” After 30 days, do something nice for yourself. Jot down a few possibilities.

2. Spiritual ideal

Ninja Tip 2 is a Spiritual Ideal to know your true purpose. Play a word association game for the words spiritual and ideal. Write down the first word that pops into your mind, then combine these words to make a phrase.

Spiritual Ideal helps to discover your uniqueness, providing you with guidance and direction. Ninja Tip 2 is about the authentic aim of your life that helps you focus on what matters.

Ninja Exercise 2: List five core values that align with your Spiritual Ideal. Put the list under your pillow at night. After you memorize the list, hug yourself to show appreciation and self-worth.

3. Divine life plan

Ninja Tip 3 is a Divine Life Plan to live abundantly aligned with your Spiritual Ideal. Draw a diagram with a white star in the center surrounded by two concentric circles. The violet inner circle represents the mind with core values, while the yellow outer circle illustrates the body.

Divine Life Plan becomes a calendar of events and actions you will take to bring you joy. Ninja Tip 3 is about shining your light through higher frequencies of the mind so you love your life.

Ninja Exercise 3: Schedule the activities, services, and opportunities this year in a Divine Life Plan that will help you achieve your goals.

4. Brain hemispheres

Ninja Tip 4 is Brain Hemispheres which allow you to improve and innovate. Develop a plan and do the work, then measure what you know and discover what you do not know.

Brain Hemispheres are complementary opposites that work together with feedback loops so you can correct with incremental steps or take a quantum leap. Ninja Tip 4 is about understanding that you have the ability for both evolutionary and revolutionary thinking.

Ninja Exercise 4: Reflect on a time when you improved step-by-step. Compare that with a time when your whole plan changed. What did you learn from your experience?

5. Brain dominance

Ninja Tip 5 is Brain Dominance to understand that your mind wobbles like the Earth on its axis. Your choice indicates a personal preference for using your practical left or ingenious right brain hemisphere.

Brain Dominance shows the potential power of using your whole brain, both logical left brain and creative right brain. Ninja Tip 5 is about discovering your natural strength and allowing your innate character to shine.

Ninja Exercise 5: Determine your Brain Dominance by choosing between opposites. To advance, you would rather a.) improve with an evolutionary step-by-step approach or b.) innovate with a revolutionary quantum leap.

6. Dominance effect

Ninja Tip 6 is the Dominance Effect to learn that risk is a key to human consciousness. Eleven categories from Risk Seeking to Risk Averse show the percentage use of your brain hemispheres.

Dominance Effect of people tested who made choices quickly were at the extremes—either 100% Risk Seeking or 100% Risk Averse. Ninja Tip 6 reveals those who scored 50% right brain and 50% left brain wrote longer responses to the open-ended question because their brain hemispheres were going back and forth, making the decision process more complex.

Ninja Exercise 6: What is the effect of your risk preference on making decisions?

7. Right brain careers

Ninja Tip 7 is Right Brain Careers to guide you toward a meaningful career. Use the strength of your basic nature, aligning innate talents to daily tasks at work.

Right Brain Careers are creative, processing images and symbols. Ninja Tip 7 is about finding fulfillment in artistic, caregiving, counseling, entertainment, entrepreneurial, experimental, sales, servicing, social, supporting, and teaching fields.

Ninja Exercise 7: What field might best use your natural abilities? Select your top three. Compare how they are similar and different. Prioritize your list for the perfect pick.

8. Left brain careers

9. SORT styles

Ninja Tip 9 is SORT Styles, personality types with the acronym SORT for Social (S), Original (O), Rational (R), and Traditional (T). Social and Original are right-brain types, while Rational and Traditional are left-brain types.

SORT Styles show your abstract mind organized like the four chambers of your physical heart. Ninja Tip 9 is about expressing your character through quadrants of awareness: Social (front right), Original (back right), Rational (front left), and Traditional (back left).

Ninja Exercise 9: Name the colors of the SORT Styles you prefer: Social (red), Original (yellow), Rational (blue), Traditional (green). Did you choose a warm color (red or yellow) or a cool color (blue or green)? Was your decision easy or difficult?
