You’re an accomplished leader with 15 years of experience in the professional services industry, and are currently the President and CEO of Extraordinary Headhunters LLC. Can you tell us more about your work and how you ended up where you are today?

Extraordinary Headhunters LLC is dedicated to building long-standing relationships on a foundation of integrity, sincerity and trust. My company is committed to connecting both companies or corporations with potential employees. As an employment agency, my company focuses on the recruitment and selection process of potential individuals with the right skill sets required by our clients.

I have to say that my success in the industry is a product of years of hard work and persistence. I’ve always wanted to help people and my company has allowed me to do this. There was a point in my life when I experienced hardships, but I did not let those challenges bring me down. Instead, I stood up and promised myself that I will use my time and energy to build a business that can change lives. I believe I have done this with Extraordinary Headhunters LLC.

In what way would you say that you are unique in how you help your customers?

I can say that I am truly and genuinely unique when it comes to helping my customers as I always put them as my top priority. I am here not only for the purpose of earning profits but also with the goal of helping others. With the services of my company, I am able to improve the operations of my clients. We have a system of selecting the right employees to ensure that my customers or clients can get the right individual for certain job positions.

Is there something special you would like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?

I hope I can help more people achieve their dreams. As already mentioned above, I always wanted to change the lives of the people around me. I aspire to do this through the different businesses that I built. At the same time, I hope I can grow my network more so that I will be able to connect with like-minded individuals who also want to change the world for the better one day at a time.

I also aspire to grow Extraordinary Headhunters LLC. Right now, we already have international clients and I want to increase the number of customers we serve abroad in the coming years.

Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

There are a lot of people who inspire me to become the best that I can be. If I have to choose only one, I’d say it would be my husband. He has been a pillar of hope, strength and stability in my family. Because of him, I am able to find the perfect balance between my work life and personal life. He continues to inspire and motivate me to do better each day. He also reminds me to be passionate about the path that I choose to take.

Can you give our readers 3 tips on how to boost their business sales?

These are the three tips that I would like to share with the readers on how they can boost their business sales:

  1. Be authentic. As much as possible, make an effort to fully understand what your brand is all about and be truthful about your claims or representations. Never fool customers or clients just for the purpose of driving sales. Instead, be honest about your promotions. Your target market will appreciate this.

  2. Invest in digital marketing. In this age of technology, it is essential for every business to understand the importance of using digital marketing strategies. Be sure to be present on online platforms, such as social media sites or your own company website. Let people know that you exist in the online world. The more you do this, the more you grow your brand exposure. This can translate into an increase in sales.

  3. Connect with your target market. Be the type of entrepreneur who can connect easily with customers or clients. Listen to what they want, and try your best to get to know their interests. Once you do this, you will begin to engage with them better. This will make them patronize your brand even more.

So, what's the next big goal or project for Kiara and how can someone get in contact with you?

My company, Extraordinary Headhunters LLC, is the fastest-growing minority and women-owned staffing enterprise in South Carolina. I am proud of all the accomplishments of my company. It feels great to know that a lot of organizations and individuals have recognized me as the person behind the success of my firm. Being acknowledged as a woman leader brings me pride and joy.

I look forward to having more opportunities to grow my company so that I can continue to help others. I am also planning to build more businesses.
