Alex Vitillo, Money Breakthrough Business Coach

Who is Alex Vitillo? Introduce yourself, your hobbies, your favorites, you at home and in business, and tell us something interesting about you.

Hello, my name is Alex, an Italian Economist and Banker turned healer, with a specialty for Money Breakthrough Business Coaching, now living in London.

Not many people know that I grew up in Africa, at times living in countries with Civil war, like Somalia or Rwanda. I love the African nature deeply and my childhood has impacted my outlook of life making me open to different cultures and curious about the human nature.

You could call me a spiritual junkie, always looking for a deeper way to connect to the sacred and the world we don’t see with our human eyes.

I am a widow and a single mum of two, caretaker of a few cats and fish. I love felines. They are courageous, independent and elegant.

In true Italian fashion, I drive a blue Vespa to move around London. I wear a pink helmet because I could not find a red one (red being my favourite colour).

Fashion is my preferred way to communicate my mood and intentions. I am a lover of stiletto heels and couture.

I swim daily to clear my mind and keep the energy moving. I am a sci-fi fan because I believe those ideas and concepts are truly possible. My guilty pleasure is dark chocolate.

What inspired you to start Breathing Heart Coaching, and what mission drives your work today?

Breathing Heart was born from necessity after I became a widow with two young children under six. I didn’t want them to lose not only their father but also the presence of their mother, so I asked myself how I could create a life that prioritized being with them while still earning honest income. The answer was to become my own boss. The journey that followed was a rollercoaster where I discovered new talents and immersed myself in countless healing modalities, mindfulness practices, and coaching techniques.

Eventually, I found my niche in money breakthrough business coaching: a fusion of traditional strategies with a deep, holistic approach to support solopreneurs in growing both their impact and income.

What specific challenges do your clients typically face before they come to you for support?

There are three major typologies of challenges:

  1. The Corporate Leaper: They’re employed, building a side business, and feel the pull to go all in. We create solid business foundations, then stack smart systems for consistent growth.

  2. The Capped Entrepreneur: They’ve hit an income ceiling with a maxed-out calendar. We design a pathway to increase revenue and impact without adding more hours through offers, delivery leverage, and team.

  3. The Ambitious Solopreneur: They’re early, hungry, and prone to overwhelm or tool-sprawl. We stabilize monthly income, simplify the stack, and grow with clarity and calm.

How does your approach to coaching differ from others in the industry?

I uniquely blend deep intuition and spiritual insight with grounded, practical coaching. I don’t just help clients find answers inside themselves I guide them with a clear vision of where they’re going and map simple, actionable steps to get there. This fusion of intuitive divination and down-to-earth strategy creates a transformational experience that feels rare and profoundly effective.

What transformation or breakthroughs can clients expect when working with you?

Clients experience a deep clarity; not just in the practical steps to grow their business, but in a fundamental shift in who they see themselves as.

Their confidence rises because they’re no longer tangled in doubt or unclear identity; they fully own their power as impactful leaders who can command premium pricing without apologizing. The breakthroughs come when they feel truly proud of their offer, aligned in value and vibration, excited to step fully into being that premium, magnetic business owner.

How do you combine mindset, energy work, and business strategy to help clients achieve results?

I meet clients exactly where they are because each person’s journey is unique. For some, mindset on money is the main gig; for others, it’s about business tactics.

Meanwhile, energy work? It’s the quiet backstage magician, not moonlit dances or fireworks, just a steady vibe shift that keeps everything flowing smoothly.

What are the most common blocks you see in entrepreneurs striving for high-level success?

I would like to mention K., but I have many success stories, all magical in their unique way.

Keira is not your typical client who’s broken or desperate. She is a brilliant lawyer who was facing a dry spell in leads post-COVID.

She found me, chose me with no hesitation, and jumped into Money Breakthrough Coaching with both feet.

Together, we didn’t just patch a funnel; we rewrote her money story, uncovered her sacred money archetypes, and shifted her identity from just a lawyer to a magnetic leader who unapologetically attracts the right clients. What makes this story so real is how she’s embraced this mix of deep spiritual work with smart strategy. And yes, it’s been done with ease and lightness, so she’s never alone in the grind but always held in possibility and celebration.

What practical tools or advice would you give someone who feels stuck in their growth or confidence?

Entrepreneurs chasing higher success face a brutal mix: self-doubt creeping in when income hits a ceiling, the fear of more money meaning more responsibility, and that nerve-wracking “what if it all stops working” fear.

It’s like standing at the edge of a cliff, excited but terrified of the fall. This cocktail keeps many stuck unless it’s seen, named, and broken down.

When someone feels stuck in growth, first thing: do a real check-in on where their energy is. Growth is not just hustle; sometimes it’s about pushing hard, then pausing, doing a little SWOT analysis on your efforts (what’s working, what’s draining you). Also, remember the spiritual side: catch yourself before doubts and fears hijack the energy. You can’t build momentum if you’re spinning plates or stuck in overwhelm.

My favourite tip is look for a coach/healer/mentor to hold space and doing that honest self-assessment. It’s about asking the hard questions: where could I shift, what’s not working, and who can shortcut the journey with me?

How can people connect with you and start working with you through your programs or services?

For the readers feeling called to work with me, here’s the simplest way to start: Apply for a 30-minute Clarity Call. We’ll map your biggest vision, isolate the one bottleneck costing you the most right now, and I’ll outline your custom path. I open a limited number of spots each week; when they’re gone, apply today by using the link or directly via email.
