My ability to perceive auras did not begin in childhood. It emerged through awakening, remembrance, and profound transformation that unfolded after my 36th birthday. Until then, my life followed a familiar structure. That structure collapsed when my daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor. In that moment, the future I imagined disappeared, and with it, the identity I had been living through began to dissolve.

Person with arms crossed behind head, body painted in vivid red, yellow, blue. Bright, abstract pattern, gray background.

What many describe as an ego death, I experienced as a complete unraveling and then a remembering. As fear, grief, and surrender stripped away what no longer mattered, something else quietly came online.

When everything falls apart and into place

During this period, my perception sharpened in ways I could not ignore. My eyesight became clearer. My hearing is more precise. My body began rejecting what no longer matched its frequency.

It felt as though my entire system, physical, emotional, and energetic, was recalibrating. Not through effort, but through truth. I did not seek awakening. It arrived organically, as the nervous system relaxed its grip on control and allowed coherence to return.

The moment color entered my awareness

The first clear sign came unexpectedly. While looking through photos from my daughter’s birthday party, I noticed something strange. The images appeared with altered soft color fields, light distortions, and hues surrounding people. At first, I assumed something was wrong with my eyes or the camera.

When I sent the photos to others, they saw perfectly normal, high-quality images. The colors were visible only to me.

Shortly after, I began noticing colors around people in real time, especially when I was fully present with them. When someone was calm, emotionally open, or speaking from truth, their energetic field appeared vividly and unmistakably. At the time, I didn’t yet call it aura perception. I simply observed.

Recognition through resonance

As I slowly accepted what was happening, I came across a video of a teacher guiding people to observe colors around the body, asking viewers what they could see.

I was fascinated not because I was trying to see something, but because I already could.

I could perceive the colors, their brightness, and how far the field expanded beyond the physical body. The consistency of what I saw confirmed this was not imagination. Then came the moment that fully grounded my understanding.

Seeing auras through a screen

During a Zoom call, I sat quietly observing the person on the other side of the screen. They were calm, present, and emotionally regulated. As they spoke, I saw a bright white and blue aura expanding around them.

What surprised me most was a distinct rainbow-like symbol appearing near their left shoulder, clear, luminous, and symbolic rather than random.

At that moment, I understood something essential: Aura perception is not limited by physical distance. It responds to coherence.

What the colors revealed?

There are many interpretations of aura colors across spiritual traditions. What I share here comes solely from direct perception and lived healing experience.

White aura

White reflects coherence, clarity, and alignment. I often see it around individuals who are spiritually centered, emotionally regulated, or deeply authentic. A strong white field suggests nervous system safety and a high-frequency state of presence.

White with blue or purple tones

This combination signals truth, communication, and higher awareness. Blue reflects calm expression and integrity, while purple adds intuition and expanded perception. I frequently observe this around teachers, healers, and individuals speaking from alignment rather than ego.

Green aura

Green appears when healing is active. It reflects balance between heart and body, and a strong connection to restoration, growth, and nature. When green is soft and expansive, it signals deep healing potential and energetic renewal.

Pink aura

Pink is a gentler heart frequency. I see it during moments of tenderness, unconditional love, emotional vulnerability, or self-compassion. It often appears around children, animals, or adults reconnecting with love after loss or trauma.

Yellow or gold tones

Yellow relates to mental clarity, learning, confidence, and personal power. When luminous and balanced, it signals wisdom, optimism, and inspired thought.

Orange tones

Orange reflects creativity, emotional processing, and life force. I often observe it during periods of emotional integration, artistic expression, or when someone is actively moving through change.

Rainbow elements or symbolic patterns

These are rare and significant. Rather than representing emotion, they indicate integration, multiple frequencies harmonizing at once. In my experience, they appear during moments of soul alignment, healing completion, or multidimensional awareness.

Aura perception in healing work

As a multidimensional healer and clinical hypnotherapist, aura perception is not something I perform, it is something I listen through.

Before words are spoken, the field already communicates:

  • Where energy flows freely

  • Where trauma is held

  • Where alignment is ready to emerge

This allows healing to unfold gently, without force. Clients often describe feeling deeply seen, even when little is said, because their energy has been acknowledged at its source.

Why is this awakening happening now?

Many people are experiencing heightened sensitivity, perceptual shifts, and intuitive expansion later in life, often following trauma, loss, or major life disruption.

This is not a coincidence. When the ego dissolves, perception expands. Seeing auras is not about becoming psychic. It is about becoming present, regulated, and coherent enough to perceive reality beyond the surface.

A message for those remembering

If you are noticing colors, sensations, emotional awareness, or changes in perception, you are not imagining it.

You are remembering. My journey is not about extraordinary ability. It is about alignment, body, soul, and frequency returning to truth. From that place, healing happens naturally. If this resonates, trust that your awareness is already expanding.
