Growing up, I had my own money story. I remember being a young teenager on a school trip to Austria. Communism had ended in Poland, and we could finally travel. It felt like a whole new world was opening up.

The photo shows a person wearing a cozy gray sweater sitting on a couch while holding and counting multiple US dollar bills.

We walked for hours, sightseeing under the scorching sun. I was exhausted, thirsty, and longing for something to drink.

Then, as we walked through a tunnel under the street, I saw a small stand selling cold cans of soda. It felt like heaven.

I reached for the money I had been given by my parents, excited for that refreshing sip of joy. But when I looked at the prices, I realized something awful.

The money I had wasn’t enough. It wasn’t even close. Polish currency was weak, and my few coins couldn’t buy me the simple pleasure of a cold drink.

What message did that moment leave me with?

“There’s never enough.” Or maybe “I’m not enough.”

We all have these moments. Events from our past shape our beliefs about money, wealth, and our ability to have what we want.

But here’s the truth: Those beliefs are not facts. They are stories we keep telling ourselves.

Until we rewrite them, they will continue to control our reality.

Money mindset and wealth consciousness

As I’ve worked with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and high-level leaders, I’ve seen the same patterns again and again.

Their financial success is a direct reflection of their beliefs and thoughts about money.

Are you struggling to make more money? To keep it? To feel deserving of it?

That’s the programming you’re operating from. And it’s time to upgrade it.

Wealth beyond money

Money is part of the human experience, but true wealth is so much more.

It’s about inner fulfillment, spiritual growth, and the ability to create value that impacts the world.

I continue to practice this and remind my clients to shift their focus from scarcity to abundance. To stop chasing money and start magnetizing it by changing their relationship with wealth.

You can keep running the old patterns, or you can choose to create a new reality.

Understanding your financial goals and mindset

Here’s the hard truth: If you don’t know what you want to create financially, you’ll never have it.

We dive into defining your financial goals:

How much do you want to make? How much do you want to keep? What do you want to do with it?

And most importantly who do you need to become to create that reality?

Investment, debt, and the flow of money

Money is an energy flow. And just like energy, it needs to be understood and managed.

Investment and debt are not just financial concepts - they’re psychological states.

Are you operating from a place of power and clarity or from fear and scarcity?

When you learn to receive and manage money from a place of abundance, everything changes.

Reevaluating limiting beliefs

The thoughts you have about money today are not new.

They are conditioned beliefs shaped by your past experiences, like mine in Austria.

But just because something feels true doesn’t mean it is.

We challenge those beliefs, flip them, and test them. And when we do, the results are transformational.

Changing your money story

This journey is about more than just making money. It’s about keeping it, growing it, and feeling at peace with it.

It’s about changing your identity so you can step into the role of the person who effortlessly attracts wealth.

I’ve seen people make massive shifts when they finally confront their money stories. They go from struggling and hustling to creating wealth from a place of flow and certainty.

If you’re ready to rewrite your money story and upgrade your identity, I invite you to join me and other extraordinary leaders on April 4th in Amsterdam for the CEO Retreat - The Money Edition.

We will be diving deep into how to transform your wealth consciousness, embody your true power, and build wealth that lasts.

The question is, are you ready to step into your true wealth potential?
