What would you do if a loved one suffered a head injury and became a different person?

Sarah was about to divorce John. John got angry and loud often and quickly. This scared her and their children. She didn’t want her children to grow up witnessing this behavior. She had had enough. She missed how things were before John's traumatic brain injury (TBI). Marriage counseling did nothing for them. Sarah didn’t know what to do and through a friend, she was introduced to a PSYCH-K® facilitator. She reached out and asked for help to save her marriage and family. The PSYCH-K® facilitator happens to be the author of this article and the names have been changed to protect client confidentiality.

After John completed the brain health questionnaires to help him understand how his thinking and feelings are related to different parts of his brain, a muscle test was facilitated to communicate with his subconscious mind. The brain health questionnaire and the muscle test, both indicated that his temporal lobes (which are responsible for emotional stability) and other parts of his brain were not operating at their optimum. Goal statements were developed to help John with the optimum functioning of parts of his brain. Within minutes of guiding John to a whole-brain state through postures and movements, he felt a complete sense of calm.

Sarah noticed that John’s volume went right down the very next day. Months after the PSYCH-K® whole-brain balance, calmness is the norm. He is no longer quick to anger. They are communicating better and working through relationship challenges together. Sarah is no longer considering divorcing John.

PSYCH-K® to get to a Whole-Brain State

PSYCH-K®is a spiritual process with often physical, mental, and emotional benefits. It has been around for more than 30 years. PSYCH-K® has been found to help clients quickly transform perceptions of stressful or traumatic events by getting to a whole-brain state. When one is in a whole-brain state for a given condition or situation, one is in an expanded state of awareness and this creates more capacity and potential to manifest one’s preferences and goals.

The mind and body are then free of an energy blockage that holds oneself back from moving forward. PSYCH-K® does not promise results. Rather, it creates the potential for accelerated results. It helps reprogram the subconscious mind to align with the conscious mind’s goals. Positive affirmations and talk therapy may not be enough to change one’s underlying belief systems because the conscious mind operates at 40 bits of information per second, while the subconscious mind operates at 40 million bits of information per second. In PSYCH-K®, the superconscious (Higher Self) is involved to help one get to a whole-brain state. It is the conscious mind that determines what the desired goal is. The superconscious determines if it is safe and appropriate to proceed. The subconscious then provides commitment to the PSYCH-K® balance that would result in a whole-brain state. One still needs to consciously live their life and take action to support the new perspective. To learn more about PSYCH-K®, visit here.

Free brain health questionnaires are available here to understand how one’s thinking and feelings are connected with different parts of the brain.

In Summary

PSYCH-K® is a powerful process that can help one get to a whole-brain state by transforming the perception of stressful or traumatic events. By changing one’s underlying beliefs at the subconscious level that may be counter to one’s conscious goals, it transforms the counter productive thoughts or conditioning that no longer serves the individual. When operating from a whole-brain state for a given condition or situation, one is in an expanded state of awareness and is more resourceful to handle life’s challenges.
