I am not here to make it all good all the time – that is a utopian idea that is often sold to people to seduce them into investing in a program.
In truth, you will have your ups and downs – and my job as a coach is to help you handle these periods of darkness correctly instead of taking away your lessons.
I will always be there for you (my clients often say that I am the best ally to their Higher Self they’ve ever had), but I am not going to rescue you from your own process.
In my view, discomfort is a part of the journey.
Every time you Quantum-leap, you will have parts of you that won’t fit into the “new you,” and they tend to fight back for survival.
This is how we grow as entrepreneurs, as conscious people. You get to have your experience to uncover your strengths, wisdom and activate your own navigation – with my support and guidance, of course!
In my view, this is what differentiates a good-enough coach from an exceptional and conscious coach –coach's ability to not only point out the true root of the issue (client’s blind spot) but also to guide them into finding their own solution that feels empowering while feeling fully supported by their coach in their process.
I always say that when you think of investing in coaching, don’t go for a coach that will tell you how you should be according to them– hire a coach that helps you be more you!
