I love the idea of the invisibility cloak in Harry Potter, it makes me smile, how brilliant would it be, being able to walk around unseen? It got me thinking about a different kind of invisibility cloak. One that many people wear daily without even knowing it.

It’s an invisible cloak that weighs people down and prevents them from achieving their dreams, stops them from realizing and fulfilling their potential.

This invisible cloak is made up of self-doubt, limiting beliefs, fear, and worry. It is full of past experiences that made us sad, angry, anxious, and scared. Every interaction that didn’t go well becomes another weight in this invisible veil, making it heavier and heavier. As the burdens gather, the weight increases, and it is all too easy to simply adapt and take the weight, engulfed in an unseen heaviness that shrouds us.

The simple truth is, we are free at any time to work through and remove these burdens. Sometimes when we settle, it is because we don’t know how to identify this feeling of heaviness, let alone how to create change, we simply don’t know what our options are to transform areas within our life; to help us feel lighter, less burdened.

So, my question to you is... How heavy is your invisibility cloak? And how is it hindering your life?

What if you could make your invisible cloak lighter, or remove it altogether? Sounds good, right? Let’s take a look at what you can do…

First, identify what’s weighing you down; write a list, and don’t hold back. If this feels like a challenging task, start by writing your ideal life and then work backward, asking yourself questions like:

  • How does my ideal life look & feel?

  • What am I doing in my ideal life?

  • How do I look and feel in my future ideal life?

  • What’s holding me back from achieving this?

  • What can I do to overcome these emotional and mindset blocks?

  • What else can I do to create these changes?

  • What external support do I need?

Once you know the answers, you can compare it to how your life currently is, create a plan and begin to take action, one step at a time. Here’s the thing, even if you don’t understand or identify all the blocks and changes straightaway, you can still make a start. By taking action you are shifting your energy and creating change in your life. You deserve to create and live a life full of purpose, confidence, and happiness.

Identifying, creating, and implementing change on your own can be a long, arduous and lonely journey, I know! I did it and it took me years!! Although I’m living proof it’s totally doable, especially if you have the dedication and commitment to stick with it. However, it has been proven you are more likely to get long-lasting, quicker results if you work with others or surround yourself with like-minded people, who are also on their wonderful life transformation journey. If the latter is your preference, come and join my free Facebook Group.

Whatever approach you choose, choose you. Choose your ideal life. Be brave enough to heal, transform and flourish in life. Choose to discard your invisibility cloak and live your best life!

Remember, you have to take action to get your desired results!
