A general health guide for everybody who does not have terminal diseases like cancer or another life-threatening diagnosis. You’ve heard this: I’ve followed this nutrition protocol for months, and I’m still tired. I am always taking my prescriptions and don’t see much change. I spent thousands of dollars on supplements. Nothing works; my naturopathic therapist can’t help me either. Ringing a bell? The article is meant to give you an idea of how to find your path to health. For specific questions, always ask! We will guide you to a better understanding!

How it all starts
97% are born as perfectly healthy babies. The remaining 3% (varies by country) have birth defects, of which nobody knows how many may be caused by an ailing mother. What goes wrong in our lives?
Often, a lack of responsibility and a belief in authority can quickly set you on the path of health deterioration later in life. Your parents believe in authority? The food pyramid and pediatric protocols kick in. Your gut mucosa starts getting inflamed. Milk formula, some vaccinations, grains, sugar, dairy, all are a burden on your young body. Welcome to the path of health degeneration.
Our modern understanding of a child’s upbringing is distorted. Many in my generation and at least a few generations before have experienced the nice detergent-smelling towel wrap right after birth, all in an antiseptic environment, at worst in a white, neon-lighted delivery room. Your first emotional damage was done after minutes of being here on this beautiful earth. It can get worse, as in my case, just being milk formula fed. Were you born by cesarean? Then your microbiome has never been in homeostasis. The mental part of our early lives is so sensitive. Too many of our cultural norms trample our emotional little beings to pieces.
Ever heard of the continuum concept? Every word is worth reading. I recommend it to everybody thinking about raising a child. It gives you a clear guide on raising a child without traumatizing them.
What is wrong with many treatments?
The perspective and approach in general, not any of the remedies, medical fields, or methods. The bad news first. Even with AI, you will hardly find the answer. I have tried by comparing my knowledge and experience. In our field of alternative healing, AI fails. It sticks to the so-called evidence-based medical field. Go for it. The allopathic doctor has your remedy, suppressing the symptoms and turning you into an addict. Many of them improve lifespan and help, but never heal. The alternative health industry, as per my experience, is not much better. Selling you supplements, in many cases, hardly digested, leaving your gut with no impact, or worse, creating side effects. Turn on Instagram; Vitamin D is the solution, B12, creatine, Vitamin C, Q10, and thousands more. In many cases, it doesn’t help; it's a waste of time and money. If you don’t understand the root cause of your condition, don’t fall for it. Alternatively, you may go for a sensible approach for yourself! You don’t need to be a medical doctor, naturopath, or scientist. All you need is an open mind, logic, and time to gain an understanding of the status of the health/sickness industry. Most importantly, understand yourself better! You may need a sensible MD or Naturopath later. First, you may follow the path approaching the case as I do when working with clients.
Assess your situation and identify the easier items you can change with or without help:
Lifestyle
Stress level, sleep, nutrition, social context, exercise, media
Body weight
Study correct weight analysis, muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, etc.
Your current allopathic or alternative treatment protocols
Understand your daily intake
Symptoms/diagnosis: insomnia, allergies, digestive disorders, inflammation, skin disorders, autoimmune, 100s more
The good news? You can change your lifestyle and nutrition, get help with your mental conditions, and you are already walking a path to freedom and health. Our experience shows us clearly that changing one fundamental part of life can change all. I will tell you later how.
I am what I am, wrong
Ever heard of Epigenetics? A rather young but immense scientific field. You need to know only this: Your DNA is just a blueprint. Only approximately 5% of the diseases may be caused by genetics. Epigenetics is the mechanism that expresses the DNA information, in simple terms, switching gene information on or off, reading the information, or leaving it dormant. Epigenetics is you. Your environment, your food, your thoughts, and your lifestyle define your epigenetics. Getting the point? About 95% of your well-being is in your hands. There is no external force that you have no control over ruling your life. The force is you!
Why am I not healthy? How to change?
It is all about you! The culprit is you! The cause is you! But you are also the solution. Isn’t it great? If you go to a doctor, naturopath, or therapist with the mindset that they will heal you, you are not healing. Stop blaming your upbringing, your job, and your spouse. Whatever it is. It is you! Take responsibility for your actions. Study, question, learn!
Your ailment has not fallen from the sky! I apologize, but this statement is a fundamental condition for your path to heal.
As an example, a first meeting with a client typically is like this:
I have MS, and nothing helps. Do you know what MS is? Sort of. Do you know it is an autoimmune condition? Yes. Let me explain: Your body destroys the protective layer of your nerves in the brain and spinal cord. This causes the neurodegeneration. Autoimmune disorders are always caused by inflammation. Heal your gut (study example), and you have a good chance of healing your disease. Oh, my doctor never told me. Nutrition and lifestyle often play the most crucial role. Not a surprise? Why don’t you change then?
Look at the list again. Anything looking easy for you to change? Do it. Cannot stop with the sweets, smoking, and fast food? We can help here. Get help to change.
You must understand the fundamentals. Almost all ailments are based on lifestyle. Even infections will not harm you when your immune system is in order. Not to be disrespectful! I used to say to everybody during Covid, breathe at me, breathe it to me. I will send it through my body, and things will be solved. I travelled all the time overseas. I felt weak for a couple of days, so I think I caught it too. With my travel schedule, I had to. I did nothing. It went by like feather clouds. Getting your body in order is simple. Providing the damage is not already exaggerated, like arthrosis, morbus Crohn, or worse. But still, you can always get better! All these ailments are based on stress, inflammation, and a failing immune system, yes, even cancer is. Exercise, nutrition, and energy work will do the trick for everybody. Yes, I mentioned the word energy. Medical science is still rejecting the idea. You choose and make up your mind. I know it works. Your body is nothing more than the mirror of your inner condition. Think about it for a moment! Do you like what you see in the mirror in the morning? Yes, congratulations. No, change! For special cases, please contact me. Most cases are like this: You still live your daily life, but you know something is wrong, and you degenerate. You age, develop ailments, and see it coming. Then this article is for you! Pharmaceuticals keep you going, but don’t heal you.
Consult a good doctor, naturopath, or therapist who specializes in your condition. Be cautious with specialists; while they may provide relief, which is likely important for now, a holistic approach is necessary for true healing. Conditions such as Hashimoto's, MS, ALS, arthritis, psoriasis, and countless others are all caused by inflammation. Inflammation arises from toxins, nutritional deficiencies, poor dietary choices, and lack of exercise. Additionally, infections contribute to inflammation, but they are symptoms of an ineffective immune system. Many people misunderstand this by blaming infections and forgetting the underlying causes! An infection is a symptom, not the cause. Change nutrition, start exercising, and work on your mental health. These three subjects conclude this article with recommendations.
Heal your gut; it heals your body.
We see it with clients in our practice again and again. One fundamental change is often the spark that ignites a fire. You are on the right path! Your path, only yours. No copy-paste, no repetition of something others tell you! Find your way.
Exercise
Take it easy, especially when you are obese. Sport with a heavy, untrained body stresses your joints, ligaments, and basically your entire body. Go slow! Losing weight quickly also causes toxins to be released from your fat cells. Ever heard of somebody telling you they developed joint pain after losing weight? Why are the toxins in fat cells? This is the easiest way and often the only way for your body to deal with it. When they are released, they love to settle in stressed joints, a typical acidic environment (lack of oxygen). Parasites or bacterial/viral infections will worsen the condition. Always be aware and feel into your body and watch out for symptoms. Change the muscle/fat ratio. Get it measured and monitored. Resistance training is vital, cardio helps, and is needed to lift you to a minimum endurance level required to do anything. Get your posture checked by a good therapist. Bad posture can worsen when starting any sport. How often have you heard of somebody developing pain after starting sports? It is always the same mistake, too fast and wrong. Get good guidance. Quality gyms have good coaches. Ask them about posture and nutrition, and the cause of pain, and you will see from their answer if they understand the job.
If you are a beginner, Walking is the key. Getting bored? Take your phone and listen to a podcast. Remember? Study, learn, improve!
Without exercise, your metabolism will never return to a healthy level. You will always lack the enzymes and hormones needed, as many need stimulation through exercise.
Energy work
I love Joe Dispenza, and if you want to have it more spiritual, go for Jeffrey Allen. I always hear the same answer by recommending them; I don’t have time for it. Check your online time on the phone. TV time, media in general. Having shallow conversations? 30 minutes a day is easy to find. I can guarantee you, you will find 60 minutes easily if you want to.
Especially Joe Dispenza with his scientific approach will convince you. I never needed to be convinced, and Jeffrey Allen taught me a lot. Keep on doing it. I just started again with some of the courses from Joe Dispenza. The world is filled with distractions, at least for me. I have a threshold and know when I step over and need to settle down again, not losing my path.
Nobody will heal without a healthy mind. Our current mental health medical system is a disaster. Prescribing SSRIs is no solution to any human being out there, although, as with many drugs, it provides relief and keeps you going, but never heals. Always keep in mind that the web and especially official institutions are seldom independent. Therefore, it is so important to study yourself and keep learning. I claim that almost everybody has some sort of mental predisposition; therefore, don’t hesitate to look for a mental health specialist to help you. A trauma therapist would be my first choice. I learned how to heal trauma with the help of hypnosis, EMDR, and Psycho-Kinesiology, and I can promise you, it works! Family constellation/systemic is also a great help for healing your system. Though my experience is mixed. Not many therapists manage it well, although the method is great! Try it out as it cannot do any harm.
You are convinced you are not traumatized? Ever heard about transgenerational trauma? If you wonder about some of your rather detrimental specific traits or behaviors, this might be the answer.
Nutrition
Healing is distracted if you eat these 4: dairy, grains, seed oil, and sugar/sweets. I call them the 4 pillars of health decline. Did you know that some seed oils block the insulin receptors on your cells? Did you know that grains are roughly 50% sugar? Tricky is the dairy subject. Studies are mixed, as always, but here in particular. We know from our practice that the impact is there. As soon as clients stop dairy, especially allergies and inflammation recedes. Stay away from nut milk and use soy milk. Nut milk often contains toxic fungi. It is all more complex for sure. Ask Dr. Google and you’ll find anything supporting your opinion. You even find studies in favor of sugar. I recommend reading Wheat Belly by William Davis. Grains are sugar-loaded and destroy your gut mucosa. I extend the wheat to grains, as I know clients try their way out of it and buy rye or spelt bread. You may later, but not in the phase of healing. Noodles, bread, and any form of bakery or confectionery product are out of the question. Find soy noodles and other alternatives, Lupin or soy flour if you like, and make your bread. Food is emotional and causes the worst reactions in people when I ask them to stop these 4 pillars of thickness. I can go on for another 100 pages. You don’t have time for this. Don’t eat these 4 pillars, and you are removing a huge obstacle on the path to healing. I have a general nutrition guide, which is doing wonders for every client following it. Food impacts your mental condition. Improving your diet will benefit your mental health. Better mental health leads to better food choices. What a lovely positive cycle.
I have been vegan for 10 years and claim that this healed me. After 10 years, I started eating fish, and now just started eating meat again. I could never deal with eating meat and always felt uncomfortable, but just started eating it again two months ago for a change, and feel fine. Vegan eating is not easy, and you must be a bit freaky to do it right. Most of the noodle pizza, bread, and vegans are unhealthy. I avoided the 4 pillars of thickness and watched my protein intake. You can do it with good legumes and protein-rich seeds like pumpkin seeds. I always did sports. At times of travelling, I took MAPs (Master Amino Acid Pattern) to balance my protein, watching for sufficient essential amino acids.
After three months of being vegan, I lost my heavy pollen allergy, slept better, lost weight, and after another few months, I lost ALL my ailments. I see being vegan as a fast way to health, but not to live for your entire life. I believe you could, and I may go back one day.
The water you drink is incredibly important. You are roughly 70% water. Make sure it is clean and loaded with electrolytes. Tap water is loaded with chemicals and hormones. Plastic bottles release molecules into the water as soon as they are exposed to light and temperature changes. I distill water for years and re-mineralize and energize it with light. RO units are a good choice. Find the system suiting you and your budget, but drink good, clean, charged water!
Heal your gut
I have done it the fast way with inorganic sulfur, and later did a few fasting runs. You must use this method with good guidance from an open-minded doctor or naturopath. The flatulence and odor are disturbing. You may like the time-consuming and comprehensive but more pleasant way. Dr. Davis again is a good choice with his book, Super Gut. Healing your gut is the most difficult part of healing, as per my experience. Dysbiosis is a sticky condition. Be patient and keep on working. Your gut mucosa may be as large as a tennis court. With rampant inflammation present, it takes time. One warning! You feel better and are thinking about going back at least once to your favorite cake, because your lovely grandma’s birthday is coming up? Don’t! You may lose months of good work. Wait till you feel great and strong again.
Why do we age?
Malnourishment, toxins, and lack of exercise are the main culprits. Your mind is another one. How to stay healthy when everybody around you is ageing and developing ailments? Only a few cells, mainly in the brain, bones, and heart, so neurons, osteocytes, and cardiomyocytes are among the body’s oldest cells. It is oversimplified, as we know much more today about neurogenesis and the like. Still, the fact that most of your body is regenerating in a few years sticks! The nuclear DNA sequence is remarkably stable over the lifetime. The only one stopping this information from being utilized is you.
Don’t just try to stay young and get stressed out; this recent frenzy diverts a bit from the point. However, I like the work of Dr. Sinclair. It helps for sure to investigate it and learn, and apply. Sing and dance your life. Age healthily and find happiness. Don’t stress out.
Conclusion
Your body has all the information needed for you to be healthy; use it. It is never too late. Don’t get discouraged by false statements like “morbus Crohn is incurable” or “kidney functional damage cannot be reversed” and 100s others I heard. The sky is the limit. Nothing else. You are your mind. You have created this life, and you have the power to change it. Just keep searching.
