Veronica is a Holistic Trauma Specialist. She is a qualified BodyTalk Practitioner and qualified TRE Provider and utilises quantum field talk therapy to help her clients address and understand trauma and how it manifests in their body (physically, mentally, and emotionally).

What is QFTT? A therapeutic approach which allows an individual to address issues they have with a third party in a safe and non judgmental space. Here we delve into a different type of therapy, that has received the feedback “feels like 2 years of traditional therapy in a few hours”.

How did QFTT come about?
In my practice, I have seen numerous clients who, over time, become more and more aware of how their body has absorbed things from their environment; one very big contributing factor in the environment (specifically in traumatic situations) is a third party (or parties). It often feels like a block to the clients when they cannot or do not want to discuss things with certain individuals. This developed over time as it created a way to deal with one’s personal issues relating to specific people without physically addressing them. The focus is not on the other person (it never is); it is on how the client is able to move through their stressful or traumatic experiences relating to an individual. This therapeutic approach allows an individual to address someone else in their quantum field.
Examples include individuals who:
They are no longer accessible (in the case of death or in prison, etc)
Do not want to be addressed (the client has a physical/emotional/mental boundary with the individual they wish to address)
Cannot be addressed (such as a narcissistic mother who would not be open to such conversations)
What is it exactly?
Firstly, let’s look at what is the meaning of the quantum field.
A theory in physics; the interaction of two separate physical systems (such as particles) is attributed to a field that extends from one to the other and is manifested in a particle exchange between two systems” (Merriam-Webster)
In practice, we are all connected energetically via the quantum field.
The butterfly effect can be understood in understanding that what happens in a part of a connected entity affects another part. We can replace the word entity with any word representing an entity, such as a body, family, country and so forth. No matter how small the change, it will have a ripple effect on the whole. And over time, as the change or momentum gains traction, the effect on the whole is larger. What is
happening, energetically, it that the frequency of the entire entity is changing. Again, change the word entity with any word representing an entity.
So with this type of therapy, an individual will come into my office (or online) and we will do small exercises to calm the mind and allow that individual to enter into an alpha brainwave state. This will allow the individual to feel calm, have increased access to creativity and enhance his/her ability to absorb information. It will also, most importantly to QFTT, allow one to access his/her subconscious mind.
The client will then be guided through the session and will start talking to certain individuals in a safe and non-judgmental space. The client talks to the individuals as if they are right in front of them, and what comes out of their mouth and how they feel are usually quite astounding in that they never realized what they were, in fact, holding onto. This is exceptionally liberating for the individual at the end of the session, however they may feel very uneasy and it can be very tough for them during the session. The client is always held in emotional safety, allowing their nervous system to release what is holding them back and get back into a state of flow.
During the session, clients become more aware of themselves, what lies within themselves, out of their ego; so the ability to perceive people, ideas of what happened, perception of situations are different when one looks at oneself and what happened in a different, more meditative state. As we move through to a more relaxed state, namely in an alpha sate (brain wave activity) we are able to access what lies beneath our superficial thought patterns, into what lies below in the subconscious mind. Remembering that 90% of our actions and reactions are situated in the subconscious mind. During a session, the client may remember things they had long forgotten, things that their body had suppressed (to keep them safe, forgetting events is the body’s self-preservation strategy). However, as they feel in a safe place, and they are ready to make light of certain things or people (you only do things when you are ready), their body will breathe and remember. During a session, a client may also gain insight into certain feelings or emotions that he/she felt were not there. The standard response of “fine” is lifeless. Suppressed and deep-rooted emotions surface to be spoken of and acknowledged. Remember, we have power over what we acknowledge. This is a very important part of the process as a whole, taking your power back. Your response to a stressful or traumatic incident is always to keep you safe; however, over time, that strategy to keep you safe keeps you out of growth, so the same response that was needed at the time, in another time, becomes your biggest disadvantage. And to move forward, a deep understanding of oneself is required, not superficially, but what lies beneath the surface. This, by default, connects one to oneself and thereby affects one’s overall frequency.
What are the effects on the client?
Trauma disconnects; healing requires connection. The client has connected to their body’s inner knowing, trust has started to form within the body of the individual, and he/she feel safe. The knock-on effect (butterfly effect) of this is that they learn to trust themselves more and are aware of the wisdom within their own body. This is not something to be taken lightly, as it has profound effects on the individual going forward. By this I mean their self-confidence and trust in themselves, which will manifest into how they make life, dating, financial decisions, etc. This specifically benefits those who have come from a narcissistic or manipulative past in which they have been taught not to trust their own memories of events or their own emotions. The session has shown the body how to trust themselves. It has created a new pathway in the body.
As we are all connected on some level, the individual the client was talking to has been a recipient of that trauma release energy (energy of detachment or energy of forgiveness). This will allow one to detach their energy and the string of attachment to that individual.
The nervous system is able to move to a more parasympathetic state (rest and digest state) as the individual has let go of aspects of what has been causing much distress in their body. This will allow the body to return to normal bodily functions and it is not uncommon to see things like anxiety reduce, indigestions reduce, inflammation reduce, and so forth.
People are becoming more aware of the electromagnetic field that surrounds them, and more aware of how interactions and experiences have affected their body and mind complex. This has allowed one the opportunity to see things through the lens of interconnectedness. As we understand the interconnectedness and how it affected us in a traumatic way, we can use that string of connectedness to start the healing process as well. We will never regret getting to know ourselves better, never regret digging into our own perceptions and how they were formed, without the masks and expectations that society, religion, institutions, marketing agendas and so forth want us to be. This results in access to our power in a respectful and humble way.
