Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was developed by Dolores Cannon primarily as a past-life regression method. Read on to find out what can happen during sessions and how you could benefit from one, too!

Two people sit across from each other in a cozy living room with plants, engaged in conversation. Neutral tones and soft lighting create a calm mood.

QHHT® session structure

I’ve been a QHHT® practitioner since 2020 and I’ve facilitated more than 60 sessions so far. A typical appointment usually lasts four hours or longer. First, I will talk with the client about their life for about two hours and we’ll go over the five to 10 or more questions they have come up with. The session itself begins after we have both gone to the bathroom, the client gets comfortable on my daybed, and I start with a 15-minute induction. Then the client goes into a past life or a future life, meets their spirit guides, loved ones who have passed away, and/or has some other experiences. Then I will ask to talk to the person’s highest self (Cannon called this part the subconscious) and the highest self gives guidance through the client about their life and answers the questions that the client came to the session with.

I have only three rules for the client: They have to keep their eyes closed; they have to keep talking to me as I ask them questions; and they always have to tell me the very first thing that comes into their minds. A QHHT® session is designed to take the client to the theta-brainwave state where we go naturally twice a day, right before waking up and right before falling asleep. It’s a dreamy state where we have access to other parts of our being that we normally don’t have direct access to. I like to call the process spirit journeying instead of hypnosis, because most people don’t go totally “under,” but have a feeling like they are in two places at once, lying in my therapy room and experiencing something else in addition to that, and they remember almost everything afterwards. I won’t make anyone do anything they don’t want to do, either, unlike stage hypnotists. The clients let me guide them through their experiences of their own volition.

What a session can accomplish

QHHT® is designed to let a person take a journey safely into another level of experience and into another point in their time coil where there’s information that they need to live a better life right now in the present moment. Deep emotional and even physical healing can occur when the person can access key past lives that left a mark on their soul. Releasing the energies from past-life traumas can liberate clients to live their best lives now.

Many people have also spontaneously gone into future events in their present lives or into future lives. One client specifically asked me to try to help her experience a future life and that is what happened. The client’s highest self is always in charge of everything and special requests usually bring the desired experiences. More than one client has asked to meet their spirit guides and meet them they did. Clients also usually have questions about relationships. They often find that they were with those same people during past lives and the highest selves will answer the clients’ questions during the second part of the session. Usually there is a pattern of similar issues with those loved ones in the past lives and the current life.

The sessions are safe for the experiencers. I have had many people go through traumatic deaths and be totally okay with everything afterward. We are souls on our individual journeys of evolution who have forgotten how natural the cycles of life and death can be. Understanding through experiences that we have lived before and we will continue our journeys after this life is over can bring deep peace in the midst of turmoil while the guidance from the highest self can resolve many personal issues. The clients who have gone to the future have found more hope for their lives as well as faith that the planet is, indeed, on its way to an amazing fifth-dimensional state where everyone will live in peace and abundance.

A Quantum Healing spirit journey session can benefit you in many ways, but it has to be conducted in person, not online. If you can travel to Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, you can check out my practitioner page and contact me to book a session, or you can find a practitioner in your area.
