Who is Ash Moraca?

I’m a founder, speaker, and spiritual guide working at the intersection of mental wellness, consciousness, and technology. After spending over a decade leading in the e-commerce and tech world, including earning my MBA at Oxford, I turned inward. My personal healing journey through somatic breathwork, meditation, and spiritual study led me to launch Retreat, a platform dedicated to reconnecting people with themselves through accessible tools for transformation. I believe we’re entering a new era, one where inner growth is just as important as outer success, and I’m here to help build the infrastructure for that future.

What inspired you to blend tech, mental health, and spirituality into one platform?

For so long, these worlds felt separate; mental health was clinical, tech was fast-paced, and spirituality was often misunderstood. But in my own journey, I realized the deepest healing comes from bridging all three. Retreat was born from that insight. It’s a space where modern seekers, especially high-performers, creatives, and change-makers, can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and remember who they really are. We use technology not to distract, but to guide. Not to replace wisdom, but to deliver it, through meditation, breathwork, and courses that speak to both soul and science.

You’re Oxford MBA meets energy healer, how do you bridge the strategic with the spiritual?

I used to think I had to choose between these two sides of myself: the high-performing strategist and the deeply intuitive healer. But they aren’t at odds; they complement each other. My MBA taught me how to scale ideas and build infrastructure. My training in meditation, breathwork, and Internal Family Systems taught me how to listen deeply. Building Retreat has allowed me to bring both to the table. The spiritual informs the vision. The strategic grounds it in action. And in my leadership, I aim to model what’s possible when we integrate all parts of who we are.

What’s one limiting belief you commonly see and how do you help people release it?

“I have to earn my worth.”This belief shows up everywhere, from burnout to perfectionism to emotional disconnection. It’s the voice that says you must do more, prove more, achieve more to be enough. At Retreat, we gently help people unravel that pattern. Whether through breathwork that rewires the nervous system or guided practices that help reconnect with the inner child, our work is about coming home to your inherent value. Healing starts when you remember that you were never broken. You were just disconnected from your truth.

What’s your vision for the future of wellness and conscious entrepreneurship?

I believe we’re moving toward a new paradigm, one where leadership is rooted in presence, business is driven by purpose, and wellness is no longer a luxury but a necessity. The future of entrepreneurship will be built by those brave enough to lead with both heart and intellect. I see platforms like Retreat becoming part of the new mental health infrastructure, especially for the next generation. My vision is to create technologies that help elevate consciousness at scale, so that success becomes more than external achievement; it becomes inner alignment, too.
