Shaniece is a High-Performance Wellness & Lifestyle Coach who empowers busy professionals to step into success through her 1:1 fitness training & lifestyle coaching. Featured in Southern New Hampshire University, SDVoyager, SHOUTOUT SOCAL, and Zovio for her unique and effective ways of tackling limiting beliefs and creating a new regime to feel good from the inside out.

Inspired by a drive to change the narrative of familial history connected to a variety of health conditions, Shaniece began to change some habits and fall in love with fitness. In doing so, she noticed a dramatic shift not only in her physical but also in her mental health. With her energy levels soaring and confidence boosted, Shaniece wanted to shout from the rooftops how incredibly great this all felt; and how simple it could be for others to do the same.

Thus, BloombyShaniece was born, a blog specifically designed to share content that would help women grow and embrace their true potential. She later began to work with professionals from an array of backgrounds in helping them not only to lose weight but also to encourage them to live an all-around healthier lifestyle. With training and coaching sessions specifically tailored to individual needs, Shaniece empowers her clients by informing, supporting, and celebrating them in making big changes as they embark on the journey of living their best lives.

Shaniece Benson, High-Performance Wellness & Lifestyle Coach

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

About two years after graduating from Southern New Hampshire University in 2013, I took a giant leap of faith. I left my job, friends, and family to head west to California. I was unsure of exactly what lay ahead, but there was one thing I knew for certain; It was time to make some changes – in myself as well as in my environment – to fully blossom into the woman I envisioned myself to be.

With the change in scenery came a shift in perspective and a variety of new opportunities. I started working out with a friend and felt myself becoming nearly addicted to how good it made me feel. Around this time, I also became more aware of my family’s history of high blood pressure, diabetes, and other food-related health issues. The reality that I was high risk for these same issues ignited a spark to be proactive in changing the narrative for myself.

It wasn’t long before I started to see amazing results, both physically and mentally. The changes I had made in my day-to-day routine led to a huge shift in my overall energy level and confidence. I felt so vibrant and alive! It became so clear to me that when we prioritize our physical and mental health, we are then able to naturally build up our self-esteem and passion for life, which then flows into everything we do. The stronger I began to feel, both inside and out, the more I felt a desire to help others do the same! What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

I’m a virtual High-Performance Fitness & Lifestyle Coach who empowers busy professionals to get physically and mentally fit through my 1:1 fitness training & lifestyle coaching.

Thus, “Bloom by Shaniece” was born, a blog I started in 2016 specifically designed to share content that would help women grow and embrace their true potential.

3 years later, I launched Bloom Fitness Academy ‒ Shaniece Enterprises LLC, and I began to work with busy professionals from a multitude of backgrounds in helping them not only to lose weight but also to encourage them to live an all-around healthier lifestyle and create a healthy work/life balance.

With training and coaching sessions specifically tailored to individual needs, I empower my clients by informing, supporting, and celebrating them in making big changes as they embark on the journey of living their best lives.

Through Bloom Fitness Academy, my mission is to help women train their minds and body. We need the energy and mental clarity to be strong, healthy, and beautiful from the inside out. That takes a strategic mindset and a unique game plan for fitness and life.

What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

The majority of my client base are women that have highly demanding schedules. I recently extended my services to corporations that are looking to invest in their employee’s overall health to create a healthier work-life balance, which would lead to high productivity for the company.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

My greatest achievement is changing one life at a time. My proudest moments are hearing from my clients about how Bloom Fitness Academy has upgraded their personal and professional lives for the better.
