Hong Kong, October 1, 2025 – The YANA Method, a maternal wellness platform, announced today that its 7-Day Mental Chaos Reset Challenge will launch worldwide on October 10, World Mental Health Day.

After a successful pilot with 50 “Founding Mamas,” the program is now open to all mothers globally, giving women free access to simple tools that reduce overwhelm, improve sleep, and restore calm at home.

The challenge is designed for busy mothers juggling work, family, and household demands. Each day features a short practice under 15 minutes, from mindful breathing resets to nervous system regulation techniques, that helps participants pause, reset, and reconnect.

What mothers can expect during the challenge:

  • Daily 15-minute reset practices guided by founder Heanney Banks

  • Quick stress relief sessions such as “5-Minute Calm for Moms” and “Bedtime Breathing for Better Sleep”

  • Tools to ease postpartum anxiety, mental overload, and family-related stress

  • A supportive global community sharing reflections throughout the week

“This is more than a wellness challenge, it’s an invitation to mothers everywhere to reclaim clarity and model calm for their families,” said Heanney Banks, Founder of The YANA Method. “By launching on World Mental Health Day, we’re standing together in a collective reset.”

The open launch marks the start of a broader movement for maternal mental health, empowering mothers to lead with resilience and care. Participants can join through The YANA Method’s mobile app, where they will receive free access to premium features during the challenge week.
