Jennie is a transformation life coach and is on a mission to empower as many women as possible to step into their 'best self' and start living a life they feel truly aligned with, through free online trainings and her 1:1 personal coaching programme: A Life Transformed

Jennie Patricia, Transformation Coach

Hi Jennie, It’s great to have you here, can you tell us a little about yourself?

Thanks, It’s great to be here!

I’m from Brighton, UK where I live with my partner and 2-year-old daughter. I spent so many years at war with myself and comparing myself to those around me. I was ruled by my emotions and was stuck in a very negative way of viewing myself. This was

affecting not just myself but the world around me. I was living life from a point of anger, hurt, and FEAR. I felt I was too much and not enough all at the same time, crippled with the belief that I wasn’t worthy!

After dealing with a difficult break-up I decided if I didn’t do something soon, I was forever going to live a life of feeling like the victim, of constantly looking for reasons life just wasn’t working out for me and so, I started my personal development journey.

I’m now in such a positive place in my life and I’ve fully stepped into my ‘best self’ with compassion and acceptance. I live from a place of love and I feel excited about the future while feeling happy and content with where I am right now. I feel, for the first time in my whole life, supported by The Universe and it’s something I want to pass onto as many women as possible

How interesting, so how do you get into coaching and what is a transformation coach?

It was a friend at work that mentioned coaching to me. We were having a conversation and they noted they thought I’d make a good life coach. At that point, I'd never heard of it before so I went home and googled it. It was a goose bump moment, I had always wanted to help people, (when I was younger, I wanted to be a guidance counsellor but they aren’t a thing over here) so this felt like a perfect fit for me, but more than anything I felt like I needed a coach.

I hired my first coach and it was such an incredible and powerful session that I knew this was the path I was meant to be on.

After my coach enabled me to change some big limiting beliefs about myself and I had my daughter, Phoebe, I knew now was the time for me to chase my dreams of becoming a coach and empowering women, the way I had been.

For me, a transformation coach is a coach that helps women fully transform their lives. It’s different from coach to coach but with my expertise, I help women become their best selves by looking at where they are now within their thoughts, beliefs, and feelings vs where they want to be as their best self. For many women, they know what they don't want, how they don’t want to feel, what thoughts they don’t want to have but they don’t actually take the time to think about what they do want to bring into their lives through their thoughts, beliefs, and feelings.

What are the types of people do you coach?

I’ve coached all different types of women but it’s mainly women that feel they want to step into their best self but don’t know how to.

They self-sabotage a lot, overthink and generally have feelings of unworthiness and overwhelm. By hiring me it takes the pressure of trying to do it on their own and they have a sounding board and someone to keep them accountable and on track while being their biggest cheerleader.

That all sounds very compelling. What does a coaching session with you look like?

Each coaching session is different for every person but I have a general outline I follow with each of my clients. It’s a 5-step progress that I followed that helped me on my journey so put it together to make my 1:1 programme: A Life Transformed.

Mapping out the Vision

Upgrade your Beliefs

Accelerate your Growth

Strengthen your Energy

Co-creating with The Universe

Sometimes these sessions might change order. Whatever the clients need for that session and what their pain points might be, or if they’ve been struggling with something during the week that needs our focus for that session.

I personally love 1:1 coaching. There's something so powerful about being able to have someone completely listen and hear what you have to say as the client. You feel heard and seen and it’s great to get another perspective on things and to see things you might not have.

Do you have anything exciting coming up?

Oh gosh, do I!!

On the 11th Feb I’m holding a free masterclass all about embodying your best self and the 5-step progress that I used and use with my clients to help them step into who their best self is with full clarity and knowledge. I put this masterclass together as I know it’s not always easy for everyone to hire a coach 1:1 so this was my way of reaching the people that want to embody their best self all for free. People can sign up for free through my website

I’m also working on a 4-week self-care programme that people will be able to work on in their own time and at their own pace. It’s called ‘The Self-Love & Thrive Method’ For me, 2021 was a self-love journey. For the first time, I truly fell in love with myself and had compassion and pride that I had never felt before. Learning about my shadow self (the parts we try to hide from. The feelings of jealousy, envy, guilt, shame etc) embracing it, and letting it be seen and heard was a big turning point in terms of accepting myself as I was, here and now.

I’m making this 4-week, self-led programme for anyone that doesn’t love themselves the way they truly want to. For anyone that would love to work with me but 1:1 but that just isn’t an option for whatever.
