Suzanne Rath, Executive Health Coach & Speaker

Please tell us more about you.

I’m Suzanne Rath, a keynote speaker, executive health coach, and health entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in healthcare as a physiotherapist, clinic owner, and health advocate. My journey is shaped by my passion for empowering others, particularly women, to thrive from the inside out, especially during midlife, a time that often brings unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Having survived burnout, chronic fatigue, and a near-death experience, I’ve made it my mission to help others reclaim their health, purpose, and vitality. Beyond my professional expertise, I love endurance sports, scuba diving, and traveling. I’m deeply committed to sustainable leadership and promoting wellness in every aspect of life. Vitality and living a life that aligns with my values are important to me, and I love coaching others to do the same!

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

One of the most pivotal moments in my life was surviving a serious accident in Sydney that left me grappling with post-concussion syndrome and chronic fatigue. During this challenging time, I realised the importance of advocating for my own health journey, surrounding myself with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals and refusing to accept my ‘new normal’. This experience not only transformed my perspective on whole-person healthcare but also inspired me to help others take control of their health and thrive, no matter their circumstances. It led me to expand my career from being a physiotherapist to becoming a clinic owner, then becoming a health coach, keynote speaker, and retreat facilitator.

What services or products does (your company) offer?

This fits seamlessly into busy lives, helping you to ultimately reclaim your time and freedom.

  • Leadership and wellbeing retreats, including the 8-night Renaissance in Rome in September 2025- immersive transformation in a luxury setting for female leaders.

  • Tools like the Boundaries Tool, Time Tracker, and Pillars of Health Wheel to support sustainable self-leadership.

Is there a common challenge that your customers face?

A common challenge among my clients, especially midlife women in leadership, is feeling depleted, directionless, and overwhelmed by the demands of work and life. Many struggle with burnout, hormonal changes, or a lack of clarity in their personal and professional goals. These challenges often manifest in reduced productivity, disengagement, and a sense of being stuck. My work helps them reclaim their health, align their goals with their values, and take actionable steps to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.

How do you foster connections and support among your audience?

I create meaningful connections by fostering a sense of community and shared purpose among my audience. This is achieved through interactive workshops, group coaching sessions, and retreats that encourage collaboration, peer support, and open dialogue. I also engage with my audience through social media, newsletters, and events, sharing actionable insights and fostering ongoing conversations. My programs emphasise the importance of accountability and mutual encouragement, empowering participants to take their journey to the next level with the support of like-minded individuals.

For readers inspired by this conversation and eager to start their journey, what first steps would you recommend?

The first step is to pause and reflect. Take a moment to assess where you are in terms of your health, energy, and alignment with your goals. Tools like my vital health pillars framework are great starting points for identifying areas to focus on.

From there, prioritise small, intentional changes, such as setting boundaries, incorporating movement into your daily routine, or scheduling time for leisure and reflection. If you're ready to dive deeper, consider joining one of my programs, booking a keynote for your organisation, or attending a retreat like Renaissance in Rome to create a clear action plan and connect with a supportive community.
