For many years I definitely had lots of FOMO - Fear Of Missing Out!

FOMO – THE Best Party

Always saying yes to every gathering & being the last one on the dance floor!

FOMO – THE Best Conversation

Having a wandering ear everywhere, not fully concentrated on the conversation happening in the moment.

FOMO – THE Best Food & Drink

Dieting during the week to allow me to binge on the weekend on Food & Wine!

I could give you a longer list of my past FOMO.

FOMO is being everywhere & nowhere, never being satisfied with what you have, wanting more, constantly chasing what you don’t have.

And then I had my kids.

It was never the same! (You bet!)

One of the things they taught me is the Joy of Missing Out.

You don’t need to have kids to learn JOMO.

You can have kids and not know what it is yet.

I had to wait for my third one to start playing with this concept! I didn’t have a choice. I had to slow down and lean into it.

What a blessing!

What is JOMO exactly?

It is stopping seeing the glass half empty but half full.

It is to be satisfied with what you have.

It is staying focused on what brings you joy.

JOMO – The Best Party

Enjoying my 8 hours sleep and being energized and showing up as the best mum, the best entrepreneur the next day!

JOMO – All Conversations

Being present in the only conversation I am having, being curious, listening deeply to the other one!

JOMO – My Bread, Pasta & Cheese

Tuning in to the feeling of lightness after every meal! Bye Bye bloating, brain fog, tiredness!

Discovering new food, spices that I will not have if I would have sticked to my old diet.

JOMO – Not Doing It All & Saying No

Focusing on what I am investing my time in and doing what I am doing well!

Are you scared to start your health journey because you will have to give up chips, sweets or alcohol? Netflix and your comfortable coach?

I hear that all the time!

Stop playing out from a place of scarcity like I was before.

What can you really miss?

Change your view and focus on what can you discover!

Focus on what makes you happy, energized, peaceful!

Bring some more JOMO into your life!

Happy to help on the way.

Anytime.
