Dhivyaa Chelvan, Author, Transformational Coach, Energy Healer

Who is Dhivyaa Chelvan?

I am a transformational coach, energy healer, and mentor devoted to helping women reconnect with their authentic essence and move through life transitions with greater clarity, stability, and soul alignment. My work blends ancient wisdom traditions such as Ayurveda, somatic healing, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and energy alignment with coaching tools and nervous system restoration.

At the heart of everything I do is helping people remember who they are beneath conditioning, fear, and survival patterns, so they can create a life that feels deeply aligned with their truth.

What inspired you to become a transformational coach, energy healer, and mentor?

My journey into energy healing and Ayurveda began very early in life through my family. It was simply a way of living and understanding the world, almost like a language we spoke at home. But it was never something I imagined sharing publicly or building a career around.

Professionally, my path was very diverse. I worked as an architect, study abroad consultant, UX designer, and later as a business coach. While coaching entrepreneurs, I began to notice something important: the soul of the business is the soul of the person leading it.

Traditional coaching often focused heavily on mindset, productivity, and perspective shifts, which are valuable, but I felt there was a deeper layer being missed. Many people intellectually knew what to do, but emotionally, energetically, and spiritually, they were disconnected from themselves.

That realization changed everything for me. I began integrating healing, embodiment, and spiritual alignment into my work so transformation could happen not only at the mental level, but at the level of the nervous system, energy field, and soul. Eventually, my work expanded beyond business coaching into supporting women from all walks of life.

How would you describe your work to someone who has never heard of sacred feminine wisdom or energy healing?

Sacred feminine wisdom is really about coming home to yourself. It is the deep remembering of who you were before conditioning, expectations, trauma, and societal roles told you who you needed to be.

The feminine is not gender-based. It exists within all of us. It is the body, intuition, emotions, presence, warmth, creativity, life force, and our capacity to feel deeply alive. The masculine, on the other hand, is how we direct consciousness and action in the world.

Many people spend their lives channeling energy into what they think they should become rather than what their soul is genuinely asking for. Through energy healing and deep inner work, I help clients release stored patterns, emotional resistance, and subconscious conditioning so they can reconnect with their authentic nature.

For some clients, it is the first time they truly see themselves clearly.

What makes your approach unique compared to traditional coaching or wellness programs?

What makes my work unique is that it is deeply personalized. Every client is different, so every journey is different.

There is no rigid curriculum or one-size-fits-all method. I work intuitively and holistically, meeting each client exactly where they are emotionally, physically, energetically, and spiritually.

I also believe transformation cannot happen sustainably when the nervous system is overwhelmed. Many women today are living with chronic stress, inflammation, insomnia, exhaustion, and emotional burnout. Before we even focus on goals or expansion, we begin with restoration and regulation.

This is not surface-level coaching. It is a high-touch transformational process designed to help people move through real-life thresholds with greater coherence, embodiment, and resilience.

Who is your ideal client, and what transformations do you help them experience?

My ideal clients are often in a liminal space, a season between who they were and who they are becoming.

They may be transitioning out of a relationship, leaving a career, building a business aligned with their soul, healing after loss, or navigating a personal rebirth. I often describe these seasons as rites of passage rather than problems to “fix.”

Most people say, “I know this too shall pass.” And yes, it will. But what matters is how consciously you move through the threshold.

I help women move through these transitions with intention, nervous system support, emotional processing, spiritual grounding, and practical alignment so they emerge stronger, clearer, and more deeply connected to themselves rather than fragmented by the experience.

What is the biggest challenge your clients come to you with, and how do you help them overcome it?

At the root of most struggles is fear, even when people do not initially recognize it.

Fear of expansion. Fear of visibility. Fear of responsibility. Fear of stepping into their next level of power and soul growth.

Often, clients unconsciously give their power away to circumstances, relationships, or external validation because true transformation requires capacity. Before taking action, we first build the internal ability to safely hold change.

I help clients regulate the nervous system and create safety within the body through practices such as breathwork, restorative yoga, sound healing, Ayurvedic rituals, meditation, and somatic awareness. Once the body feels safe, clarity and aligned action naturally become more accessible.

What role does ancient wisdom, like Ayurveda and somatic practices, play in your programs?

Ancient wisdom traditions offer incredibly simple yet profound tools that help restore balance very quickly.

Ayurveda and somatic practices remind us that healing does not always need to be complicated. Small rituals can create powerful shifts in the nervous system and emotional body.

For example, practices like oiling the feet and ears, conscious breathing, self-hugging, gentle rocking, grounding rituals, seasonal ragas and music, and nervous system nourishment can create a deep sense of safety and calm.

I personalize these practices for each client because healing is never one-dimensional. The body often needs support before the mind can fully integrate transformation.

Can you share a breakthrough moment a client achieved after working with you?

One experience that deeply stayed with me was working with a client who had delivered a stillborn baby. She came to me carrying immense grief, trauma, anxiety, and emotional shutdown.

At first, I honestly questioned whether I had the capacity to hold space for something so profound. She also struggled to trust the process initially, so we moved slowly and gently.

But instead of trying to “fix” her, I allowed presence, compassion, and intuitive guidance to lead the sessions. Over the course of two months, I witnessed a complete transformation. She gradually reconnected with joy, creativity, movement, and life itself again. She began dancing, reconnecting with herself, and feeling emotionally alive.

That experience reminded me that healing is not about forcing change. It is about creating enough safety and support for the soul to re-emerge naturally. Feel free to read “what she said” here.

What results can someone expect from your Rites of Passage program?

The intention of Rites of Passage is to help women move through major life transitions without fragmentation.

This work is designed for women standing at a genuine evolutionary edge where the next chapter of their life requires conscious initiation, embodiment, and stabilization.

The result is not simply external success. It is the ability to cross thresholds with greater grace, coherence, emotional resilience, and alignment so the next version of themselves can be fully embodied rather than intellectually understood.

How do you help women move from feeling stuck or unclear to living a soul-aligned life?

We begin by getting radically honest.

What are their values? What are their non-negotiables? What can they no longer tolerate? What kind of life do they truly want to create?

I encourage clients to dream expansively first, without limitations. Then we create structure around those dreams through values, boundaries, and intentional action.

A soul-aligned life is not built only through manifestation techniques. It is built through clarity, embodiment, self-trust, and the courage to make aligned choices consistently.

What common misconceptions do people have about energy healing or divine feminine work?

One common misconception is that energy healing is only Reiki. Reiki is beautiful and supportive, but energy work is much broader than that.

True energy mastery involves learning how to understand your own energy, regulate your nervous system, strengthen your intuition, and consciously direct life force energy toward intentional outcomes rather than depending entirely on external practitioners.

Another misconception around divine feminine work is that people often focus more on aesthetics and rituals than embodiment. Rituals can be powerful, but transformation happens when the wisdom becomes integrated into everyday life, relationships, decisions, boundaries, and self-worth.

What one piece of advice would you give a woman who feels ready for transformation but does not know where to start?

Start by identifying what is no longer working in your life.

Write it down honestly. Then, for each point, imagine three different ways your life could feel better, lighter, more aligned, or more nourishing.

That exercise alone begins opening the doorway to possibility. Your next step is already there waiting for you.

And from there, allow yourself to ask for support. Transformation does not have to be walked alone.
