What if I told you that how you do one thing is how you do everything? The way you attach in love often mirrors how you attach in business, friendships, money, and even your dreams. I didn’t see this until last summer, when the man I thought I would build a life with walked away, in the same season I left my corporate job to go full-time in business.

Crocheted red heart attached to a cracked orange wall, symbolizing repair and resilience. Blue string unites the heart halves.

That moment opened me up to a whole new level of healing. I realised that beneath the heartbreak was a deeper truth: I had been living with anxious attachment for years.

The hidden cost of anxious attachment

For me, it showed up as:

  • Always fearing someone would leave.

  • Always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

  • Always wondering: Am I enough? Will they choose me?

But here’s the part that stopped me sipping on my oat milk latte, this wasn’t just happening in my relationships. It was happening in my business.

I began to notice the same patterns playing out:

  • Would clients choose me? Would they leave for someone else?

  • Am I showing up from my power, or from a need to be validated?

  • Am I leading with trust, or with fear of abandonment?

That “needy energy” was subtle but powerful. It shaped how I posted online, how I launched, and even how I received clients.

When survival mode runs the show

When you live in anxious attachment, your nervous system is wired for survival. You’re never really in the present; instead, you’re stuck in a constant loop of fear:

  • Fear of loss.

  • Fear of rejection.

  • Fear of not being enough.

And here’s what I learned very quickly:

  • How you attach in love is often how you attach in business.

  • How you see yourself in relationships is how you allow yourself to be seen in the world.

  • The pattern doesn’t stop until you rewrite it.

The rewritten method

This realisation became the foundation of my Rewritten Method. To break free, I had to:

  • Be real: Face the truth of who I was being. See the old story, the attachment wounds, the patterns that ran deep. But also get real about what I actually wanted in this lifetime.

  • Be empowered: Release the old programming through healing and emotional regulation. Rewire my nervous system so I could choose from power, not fear.

  • Be devoted: Create and embody a new identity. No longer tied to the past, but anchored in my future self.

This is the process I now guide my clients through, and it’s the path that shifted everything for me.

Healing the root changes everything

If you’ve ever wondered why your business feels heavy, why your energy feels desperate, or why success seems to slip through your fingers, maybe it’s not strategy. Maybe it’s your attachment because energy doesn’t lie.

The good news? You can rewrite the story. Starting today. Right now, in fact.

I did. And in doing so, I built Limitless Academy, my membership that is filled with ambitious women all wanting to heal their old self to become the one who attracts aligned clients, love, and opportunities, not from fear of abandonment, but from the power of knowing I am already whole. That’s the part I had to do an identity deep dive.

Because how you do one thing is how you do everything. And when you heal at the root, everything changes.

Your next step

If this resonates with you, and you know you’re ready to heal old stories, rewire your patterns, and step into leadership from power, not programming, I invite you to explore my mentoring. Through my Rewritten Method, you’ll not only shift your inner world but transform your outer results in love, money, and business.
