Let’s be honest: when you think of a real estate congress in Switzerland, you don’t usually picture a woman in heels cracking jokes about yoga, archetypes, and energy work in front of a room full of men in suits.

A woman in a light-colored suit is speaking on stage with a headset microphone, holding notes in her hands.

But that’s exactly what happened.

When I was asked to moderate the Swiss Immo Kongress, I said yes before I had time to think. I didn’t ask who the audience was. I didn’t overthink what I should wear. I didn’t write out a script. I just knew: this is going to be fun in my way.

And “my way” means: humor, depth, presence, and a dash of spiritual rebellion.

The art of being the only one

Walking into the congress felt a bit like stepping onto a chessboard, all black, white, structured, and strategic. The energy was focused, masculine, and analytical. It wasn’t hostile, just linear. Predictable. Clean. Swiss.

And then there was I, colorful, intuitive, full of stories, and unapologetically myself.

As the only female moderator on stage, I quickly realized: this wasn’t just about guiding the program. It was about holding a different kind of energy in the room. Not by competing with the sharp edges, but by offering contrast. A soft edge. A spark. A laugh.

Because let’s face it: humor disarms. Humor connects. Humor heals.

And humor, when it comes from a grounded, embodied place, becomes a superpower.

Humor as a bridge

I joked about real estate being like dating sometimes you think it’s "the one," but in reality, it’s just a short-term lease. I teased about Swiss punctuality and how yogis like me see time more as a suggestion than a rule. I gently poked at the seriousness of the industry while celebrating its brilliance.

And people laughed, not out of politeness, but because something in them relaxed.

Something softened.

They saw me. And in that moment, they could see themselves not just as experts or investors, but as humans.

That’s the power of the feminine in business spaces: we bring humanity back into the room. Emotion. Presence. Breath.

We don’t have to dominate the stage. We can enchant it.

Owning the stage: Feminine style

I didn’t need to “man up” to lead a room full of executives. I didn’t need to talk louder or wear black or quote market trends. I led with stories, humor, intuition, and boldness. And it worked.

Because the truth is, everyone, yes, even in real estate, is craving authenticity. People don’t want more information. They want a connection. Resonance. A reason to feel alive in a room full of numbers.

And when you give them that? You change the energy of the whole event.

By the end of the congress, I had CEOs asking about yoga, women from the audience thanking me for “making it feel safe,” and a few men whispering that they had never laughed that much at a conference. One even said, “You made real estate feel human.”

Mission accomplished.

More than a role: A reminder

Moderating the Swiss Immo Kongress wasn’t just a job. It was a reminder: we need more diversity in leadership, not just in gender, but in energy. We need more room for humor, story, softness, and creativity in spaces that are traditionally hard, rational, and rigid.

We need more women on stages who don't conform, but transform.

And if that means being the first woman to host a real estate event like it’s a spiritual comedy show? I’ll take it.

Because this is what I stand for in all my work, from my premium retreats on private yachts and in the Italian Alps, to my upcoming 200-hour Teacher Training in Autumn 2026. I believe that power is not about performance, it’s about presence. Leadership doesn’t have to be dry or masculine. It can be wild, witty, and wise.

And the world is more than ready for it.
