Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.
I’m Farah Asif, my passion for drawing in my soul tribe online started 10 years ago as a fashion influencer and now I’m a mentor for entrepreneurs, CEOs and leaders who want to do the same.
To build Iconic high calibre personal brands that are highly reputed and sought after for the high-impact and heart-led approach that stand-out on social media.
My love for storytelling and brand creation began when I took an Advertising internship, saw how storyboards were made, and got on sets to film the advertisements, saw the editing process and the creative storytelling.
This spark of interest took me to finishing at an art school, Columbia College Chicago, where I majored in Advertising.
Life has taken me on many adventures. From Bangkok I’ve then lived in India, Doha in Qatar and I am currently living in Paris, France. Where I feel like my soul has finally found home.
Through my colourful life experience I have had wonderful opportunities in meeting incredible people, and being able to experience so much already I feel like life is just getting started and keeps getting better.
I am blessed with a gorgeous family, two little boys who are my joy and my partner who I met after having my boys. He completes our family and our adventures just keep getting better.
As a psychic visionary and divine channel, could you elaborate on the spiritual or intuitive aspects of your work and how they influence your branding and marketing strategies?
This is such a great question, because when we think of branding and marketing we think of the approach that’s been very prevalent in previous years based on logic. There is nothing wrong with that. It’s very masculine, framework-focused and all about consistency and formula. A part of this we absolutely benefit from.
What I bring to the table is combining this with a more intuitive and feminine approach to marketing and content creation. What I’ve seen with myself and my clients is that women don’t thrive when we try to run our businesses like men. Setting goals and timelines are not linear for a feminine led business.
I use modalities such as Human Design and Gene Keys to guide my clients to understanding how they are designed to work, market, sell and write content. That combined with the energetics, as I mentioned in balancing our masculine/feminine energies. No matter what your gender, each of us has both.
The modalities I use also help me to explain what I intuitively channel and see as the energy of each of our brands and businesses differ as we do. With that being said we need both structure and strategy with intuitive vision aligned to one’s unique energy blueprint applied to branding and marketing makes for more ease with more potent results.
Could you provide more details about your Brand Image Transformation™ method and how it helps soul-led brands? What inspired you to create it?
Brand Image Transformation™ method is my unique framework of all the components a service based personal brand needs to build a high calibre brand and attract a following that draws in ideal perfect fit clients.
The clients I work with, and this is true for soul-based brands, being that we are sensitive people who we work with needs to be a perfect fit for us or else it can start feeling uncomfortable and sometimes like hell.
Sensitive souls who are uniquely gifted and are here to share their gifts can and have a right to choose who they work with and who is magnetised into their world. Which is the reason I created this framework.
I backward engineered what worked for me as one of the things I am most grateful for in my business are the clients who I work with are an absolute dream. And I know this is not always the case for every soul-led business owner and CEO.
What role do visuals and storytelling play in your approach to branding and marketing? Can you explain how they contribute to creating compelling connections?
I have to admit I love these two components in brand and marketing because they are so potent.
Human beings, the majority of us, are visual creatures. By seeing something, we can catch a vibe, feel if it's for us or not. This is why visuals and aesthetics of one’s brand has power in captivating the right audience. It’s the first ‘taste’ someone gets of you and also why it’s important to get this right (meaning being authentic and aligned to who you truly are).
Storytelling is something everyone can relate to. We love a good story. Which is why Netflix and the movie industry have become booming successes. Down through the ages we have told stories so it’s in our DNA and our ancestry.
Hence why a compelling story can connect to the heart of your ideal soulmate client and speak to them on a deeper level. Learning to tell your brand story is something integral because you will keep needing to tell it.
It’s how people will connect with you and relate to your story, your mission and make your brand memorable.
If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?
I do believe this has already started and I am thankful to see this shift.
I would change, women honouring their natural rhythms, routines and seasons. I have heard way too many stories of ‘hustle and burn out’ and while there is no more pride in this (thankfully).
There is still a rhetoric of pressure and a bar of comparison in success, which is honestly the killer of confidence, motivation and joy.
I also need to express that I have been there, and I consciously stopped just a year into becoming a coach because my body showed signs of burnout. I was conscious enough not to ‘override’ the programming and find another way.
I did find another way. To build my brand and business the feminine way that feels easeful and right for me. Each of us has one’s own blueprint for success that lives in your body. We just need to unlock it.
