The essential core value that lays the foundation for my ability to coach clients effectively is understanding that they are not their negative behaviors. My Philosophy is to accept people for who they are and then assist them in changing manners that might hurt their health. Everyone is incredible and can do extraordinary things with their life.

It can be challenging to change a habit. When someone's pattern of behaviors satisfies an emotion more significant than their desire to let it go, it becomes a vicious mountain of obstacles. However, with the appropriate guidance and encouragement, climbing to the top becomes a walk in the park.

Overeating sugary foods like ice cream for lunch or consuming ten bags of M&M's every day can be a consequential matter to your health. The intention behind every behavior is that they are often positive, but the method for satisfying the emotion isn't always congruent with establishing balance or wholeness. That feeling "high" is a temporary gain that can lead to health implications, less life in your years, and even fewer years in your life.

Most often, the answer we are looking for to solve our trials is reasonably practical. For example, if you struggle with making appropriate food choices, think about why you eat the food and how you can make it slightly better. It can be simple as exchanging the cream in your Starbucks coffee with 2% milk and grabbing fresh fruit to go.

Your routine doesn't necessarily need to change when you incrementally upgrade your daily health practices, which ultimately satisfies the same need you initially had. Subsequently, by developing consistent action, you will begin to feel better than ever before and gain strength in multiple areas of your life!

I can understand the willpower needed to mend mental exertion from the rigor of day-to-day living. Start your morning with a few positive affirmations of appreciation for your body. Stay locked in on your bright spots and allow them to expand your potential. Keep striving for excellence because the best is yet to come!
