Nawres Chikhaoui, Possibilitarian Mindset Coach

Who is Nawres Chikhaoui?

I’m Nawres Chikhaoui, Tunisian-born but made for the world. I’m a Possibilitarian Mindset Coach, two-time TEDx speaker, and author of Cabin Crew – The Luminaries and Run Your Race. I am also the founder of an educational platform called Run It. Outside of my professional life, I’m an avid reader, a lover of museums, and a passionate explorer of cultures. I also enjoy dance classes whenever I can fit them in. At home, I’m quiet and value my personal space. I savor slow mornings with my coffee, my cat Grace by my side, and time to reflect on the best ways to grow my business. To recharge, I sleep or immerse myself in movies and documentaries about talented people and their journeys to success.

I’m a dreamer at heart, intensely passionate about everything I do. I don’t give up, and I can’t stop dreaming and creating.

I would love to continue exploring my talents, as I have an innate feeling that I can act. As they say, you’ll never know until you try.

What kinds of clients or challenges do you specialize in helping?

I work with creatives and dreamers; those who feel called to more but can’t quite articulate it yet, and those who aren’t yet aware of the unique gifts they have to share with the world. I help them awaken their potential, unlock their voice, and step into their full creative power. My clients are people who are meant for more but need guidance to bring it out.

What is the first step a potential client should take when working with you?

The first step is to choose growth. Life constantly gives us choices, and deciding to step into this breakthrough experience is an act of courage and commitment. Growth doesn’t happen passively. It begins when you say yes to yourself.

How do you assess or diagnose a client’s key blocks or gaps early on?

I listen closely to the language they use. Phrases like “I need to” or noticing what excites them versus what they’re actually doing reveal the gaps. It’s about hearing the contrast between their dreams and their current actions and identifying where mindset or habit shifts are needed.

What results or outcomes can clients expect from working with you?

The clients experience clarity about their unique gifts, confidence in expressing themselves, and actionable strategies to bring their ideas to life. They move from feeling stuck to feeling inspired, from hesitant to empowered, and often achieve breakthroughs they never thought possible.
