Nawres Chikhaoui

Nawres Chikhaoui discovered her passion for inspiring others early in life. During secondary and high school, she felt her soul light up when presenting speeches, writing articles, and sharing her voice—moments that revealed her innate gifts and planted the seeds of her dreams.

Born in a small village in Tunisia without privilege, Nawres grew up in a family where her talents went largely unnoticed. Dreams weren’t often spoken aloud; they were dismissed, silenced by survival, bills, and practicality. Yet deep within her, a quiet whisper stirred. During a conversation about flying, she realized aviation could be the beginning of something greater—a catalyst for a journey of deeper self-discovery. Determined, she thought, “If I can’t afford to learn it, I’ll teach myself.”

Armed with an old laptop and a shaky internet connection, she built a classroom atop the washing machine—the only place in the house with a good signal. Night after night, she studied aviation theory, interview techniques, grooming standards, and communication skills, each article and video a brick in the foundation of her vision.

At a young age, she left college and moved to the UAE. Life had other lessons: she worked jobs far from her dream—shoe stores, retail shops, sales counters—and lived in a shared space with thirteen other girls. A year later, the universe answered: she entered aviation, wore the uniform, flew, and lived the dream she had built from scratch.

Even then, a quiet voice whispered, “There’s more.” During the global pandemic, she returned to her first love—writing—authoring Cabin Crew: The Luminaries and Run Your Race, and launching her coaching platform Run It, to inspire creatives and dreamers worldwide to awaken their talents, unlock their potential, and align with purpose, showing how passion allows us to live the fullest expression of our gifts.

At the heart of her work is a belief that every person carries a unique ability designed to be expressed—and when we dare to live it, possibilities expand beyond measure.

As a TEDx speaker and global coach, Nawres proves that greatness doesn’t begin with privilege, and if we don’t take our gifts seriously, no one else will.
