Hello! I am Margo. I am a spiritual, clairvoyant business guide, and a conscious co-creator leading you back to your raw, rich and real self! I am so excited to be contributing my first article here.
Whether you have already reached a high income, desire to, or simply have a vision or purpose to build a better world, it is clear that many of “us” are feeling the call to connect deeper to our spiritual selves. We want to become more conscious of our innate sense of coming from a place of higher love, respect, and integrity. Remaining open to actualize these states of awareness serves the greater whole: for ourselves, our businesses and our communities. Remember that there is a human behind our technology, our words (and the vibe and frequency behind them), our e-mail systems and our claims.
Any level of awakening is often triggered by great change, like an identity crisis or world upheaval. Or sometimes, it's through a feeling of being left in the dark. As an awakened being myself, what can I tell you as a clairvoyant seer and spiritual business mentor?
It is happening! The alarm bell is going off. The tickle of the ancient feather of prophesy is among us. We are no longer on “the cusp,” we are actually in it! We are all awakening on some level, whether this be through a breakdown of systems and structures, or the way we see and evaluate relationships, and certainly the way we connect to others.
If this speaks to you in any way, then I’ve definitely landed in the right place. We are all on a quest for freedom, with divine power to set each other free, to walk each other home.
Our brain is the processing center of so much data that we are exposed to at such an alarming rate now. It is our mega-operating system that processes the many functions in our body to manage our physical needs. Beyond the brain, we have an innate wiring connected to everything in nature and beyond! This is invisible to most.
As science becomes broader and wiser, and AI banks in on a new way of existence, how do we maintain our human consciousness in times of great change, especially as consultants, coaches or leaders? Simple: we act consciously, and not just claim that we are conscious. Intuition, pure consciousness, awareness and a “beyond me” attitude is the seat we are asked to drive from. We will need to remain in touch and stay open to expanding our beliefs, to observe ourselves, by authentically witnessing our patterns of protection and keep our ego in check more than ever before. We must be truly aware in what I refer to as “conscious care” to others who cross our path.
Just over two years ago, after embarking on a commitment to finally crack the code and to learn how to become successful online, I hit a wall. Perfectly following the inner guidance I speak of, I created my own trail, then drove away from the blaze. I closed the books. I had submitted a collaboration proposal to a well-known online conscious community, but then I was left in the dark.
Who else agrees that experience is the best teacher? The best coach, the most authentic guru. In witnessing countless others try to “figure out” their place in the industry, the comparison, confusion, over-stimulation, communication overwhelm, and strategy kicked me out of my sacred sense of self. Endless offers were coming in left, right and center. I finally put it all down, to truly get back “to center.” This is a mission I believe we are all a part of, and when we can center ourselves, there’s not one thing wobbly about us. Our intuitive nudges swiftly steer us away when something is amiss. When all systems are seemingly a go, we might land in spaces where we encounter a collision. Listening to our guidance system in business is nothing new, but the way we treat, connect and empathize with others is paramount in the next stage. Our moral guidance system is the alarm going off, asking us to listen and to practice honoring our essential, authentic human self with an ascended perspective; the “one” who is kind first and foremost, over anything else. Cyberspace is ideally becoming a much more forgiving space.
Value in values is the new wealth
The mystified mystic in me, who has worked in conflict management in various companies and communities for years, is still in awe at this experience I had with conscious leadership. Fun fact: the healer in me wears a chunk of jade, rather than choosing to stay jaded!
Intuition is an intel “flow,” a knowing that can lead us to calmer shores. Internal guidance has the potential to transcend events that could look like a failure to the ego self. Intuition seeks a win-win scenario that lands us in the right place, at the right time.
Our internal moral compass is wise. Destruction of old ways can be reviewed into a higher level of focus. Soul-led and heart-led leadership over power, sex, and money may be the warmer intel we actually need right now. The smile of the Mona Lisa. A new way over an antiquated way. Artsy. Don’t get me wrong, all those aspects matter. We are matter after all, physical beings operating simultaneously in the non-physical.
With consciousness, we rise beyond judgement or projections, and become less competitive or in need of pushing someone out of the ego’s path, where the ulterior ego has every intent to copy someone’s authentic blueprint, and sell it, for example. This is an unfortunate trend I’ve seen again and again.
When accessing deep states of awareness, we become able to put our wounds aside to activate a broader view of what consciousness actually is: a voice of truth, a calm amongst the chaos, a slowdown in a world speeding up. Beyond-baseline ethics and values will become the weave that holds us together as a conscious global community. The intent of this article is my hope that we honor this word “conscious” and its true frequency in all spectra of business. As we become more authentic to our brands, our messaging and our purpose, so we rise.
Grit to pearl
Grace and grit go hand in hand. We are human after all, far from perfect. As we bridge higher level awareness, grace is the glue of compassion and opportunity. It is a practice of authentic honesty by telling it how it is, while also giving others the benefit beyond doubt that they are likely doing their best with their current level of consciousness. We learn to let go of things we “wish” were different and shift awareness into true alignment. We step up to “be” the person we are here to be. Less effort. More silence. Authentic results.
This is the way of the new world leadership
Awakened, we fully “get” our power. As we lead people, I’ve learned that looking into the eyes behind the perceptual body in connection to our “sameness” is crucial in empathy. As we all try to showcase our individuality, there is a deep yearning to become much more transparent in our human fragility; we hold the deep and stormy wisdom of our potent and powerful resilience. We take any scenario and turn it into a win-win while we dance in vulnerability through a more authentic expression of truth. We show all of our facets, even our shadow side.
Your neighbor, associate, colleague or assistant is another you. Let’s pay much closer attention to how we treat ourselves. To be authentic is the ability to put down our pride or fear of “looking bad” or staying stuck in the mud. To be authentic is to say it how it is, even when that voice wants to go internal. Consciousness has no room for secrets.
The brains of intelligence allow the heart to speak in authentic branding, bringing new light to conscious business. Your experience of unconditional joy in authentic business is the flight of a new era.
