5 Ways to Build a Magnetic Mindset That Attracts Your Wildest Dreams

This article will teach you five incredibly powerful tools that will help you build a magnetic mindset to attract your wildest dreams.

1. Heal shame & guilt


The lowest emotions and vibrations we can experience as humans are shame and guilt. Even if you consider yourself a strong and healed person, or are just starting your healing journey, it is always important to release shame and guilt when you notice them coming up.


The best way to manifest your heart's desires is to raise your natural frequency, and doing that means releasing what is weighing you down and boosting your self-love.


2. Get clear on your biggest blocks


Start paying attention to your biggest fears and limiting beliefs. All humans have negative beliefs, and that is fully normal. But if you can pinpoint the top 3-5 recurrent fears, worries, or negative beliefs that you notice regularly, you can release the biggest blocks.


For example, if your current dream is to build your dream business while also having a lot of free time, and you notice that every time you think about that vision, a strong negative belief arises where you think, "I can't be successful and also have time freedom," that is a limiting belief! In order to manifest something, you need to believe in it, too, so it can come to you faster, making it easier for yourself.


The key here that many people don’t realize is that we manifest our lives based on what we believe about ourselves and the world, more than from what we do. So, rather than focusing on doing more and working harder to have more time freedom later in life, you should focus on rewiring that core belief around having success and freedom simultaneously.


You can do this by identifying where the belief comes from (usually from family members, upbringing, school, or other influences in your life). Go deeper with that and do subconscious reprogramming work, such as using hypnosis methods, inner child healing, and ancestral healing. For more resources on these topics, visit my profile.


You can then continue focusing on building this positive belief by finding proof. Start researching and looking for highly successful people who are already living the dream you wish for—people who have both business success and time freedom.


Your subconscious wants to see that it can be true and real, and you can help it by finding proof in others.


3. Start your mornings with a magnetic ritual


Morning rituals are key to building a successful life, whether you are focusing on having more loving relationships and living your purpose, or more financial success and business growth; a morning ritual is a must.


You can do this by tuning into a meditation, where you first do some light breathing to ground yourself, then visualize your big vision and big dream picture. See it as clearly and as detailed as possible. Get excited!


After that, take some time to journal about today's intentions, bringing the big vision into practicality and what you can do today to align with your dream life. Write about how you wish the day to go, what opportunities would be exciting to receive, and who you want to be today as your most magnetic self.


You can visualize specific opportunities coming into your life, see yourself celebrating a big dream coming through, and achieving something great.


The more you feel your vision, and then act as if that vision is the only way for you, the more your days will unfold as you wish. Most people get stuck in the part where they get excited about manifesting once or twice, and then they revert to their automated behaviors and day-to-day habits that don’t lead them down new paths in life.


So, let your morning ritual be so important that you prioritize it no matter what, and allow it to be your reminder to stay on track with your highest path!


4. Affirmations and spell casts


Writing out words of affirmation as a list on a piece of paper, filled with your highest aspirations, is a great tool to start using practical magic and spellcasting!


Your words and sentences have a lot of meaning, and when you start being aware of how you can use your writing and speech to cast positive spells into the Universe rather than negative ones, you start taking control of your life!


Start writing a list of short, concrete sentences, creating your affirmations for your life. It could look like this:


  • No matter what I do, whether I rest or take a lot of action, I am a magnet for miracles.

  • The more I focus on pure intentions and positive impact for myself and others, the more abundance I attract.

  • I know and trust that the Universe always has my back, and that I always manifest the best possible outcome in all scenarios.

  • The relationships I have in my life are all supporting my sense of feeling worthy and unconditionally loved for who I am.


These are just examples of how you can start to cast spells of miracles and blessings to always come into your life.

5. Gratitude and appreciation


The energy of gratitude will bring more of that energy into your life. The whole law of attraction concept is about attracting the energy you put out.


If you spend a lot of time focusing on what you are grateful for, starting your day like that, and then finishing your day with gratitude, you will become a magnet for more gratitude, more blessings, and good things flowing to you.


Make it a regular practice to check in on yourself every day and ask yourself what you truly appreciate in your life! Your heart opening is the gateway to manifesting your heart's desires.
