You have taken the decision “I am going to lose weight” multiple times, but never have been able to follow through on it. Maybe you lost some weight but gained it all back.

That´s because you made the decision to lose weight with your conscious mind, but in fact your subconscious mind drives 95% of your behavior. It literally runs the show.

I helped dozens of women to lose weight and keep it off for good.

How?

By focusing on the subconscious mind.

These are five subconscious blocks my clients had that held them back from losing weight. They had no idea they had them! We found them through hypnosis.

Which one do you recognize?

Client 1:

She felt she couldn’t lose weight because that would make her unloyal to her overweight mother.

Client 2:

She always was the “chubby one” and it became a self-fulfilling prophecy to stay that way.

Client 3:

The weekends were the most pleasurable time at home. Father would be there and cook nice food. During the week it was not so nice at home and her mom cooked not-so-great meals.

So now, good times were still equal to good and a lot of food.

Client 4:

Her mother and sister always used to give her a lot of sugar during childhood, like candies and chocolate.

As an adult woman, she lost the connection with her mother and sister, and sugar was the only thing connecting her back to them. She craved sugar so bad, while she was actually craving a connection with her mother and sister.

Client 5:

A couple of times when she was a teenager, she went full for something that she really wanted, and it turned out into a disappointment.

Now she subconsciously felt that it was not worth it to go full for her health & weight loss, because it would turn out in disappointment anyways.

When we understand the real reason of why we are not losing weight, we can let it go and finally reach our happy weight effortlessly.

If you find yourself unable to lose weight and/or you are daily struggling with food, then it is very probable that your subconscious mind is holding you back.

Every hypnosis session is mind-blowing for me and my clients. Getting aware of the information that is stored in our subconscious mind sets us free.
