Have you ever wondered why some people seem to live a perfect life while most people struggle and do not achieve what they want in life? Is it because they are smarter and others are not? Is it because they are lucky? NO! I believe what makes the difference is having access to the right information at the right time and implementing what you know.

Mindset Hack No.1 Gain clarity on what you focus on

What you focus on, you feel. And what you focus on expands. And learning how to focus on the task at hand and complete each step toward living the life you desire is the only way to achieve greatness. Most people are able to focus at least some of the time, but sometimes, you just can’t seem to figure out how to focus. You’re at work, and you know you need to get a task done, but you keep browsing the news. You’re in a meeting and find your mind wandering. Maybe you’re even with your family at the dinner table but don’t remember what your partner just told you. Learning how to focus better is vital to achieving your goals.

Mindset Hack No 2. Know your purpose

Your purpose is your why. Every successful person has a very powerful “Why.” They are working towards something larger than them, and it keeps them going in the toughest situations. Now take 10 minutes to imagine your ideal world. For example – Imagine a world where your actions are determined by your highest values and intentions. Imagine a world where you are contributing to enriching people’s lives and giving value to other people through your work. This gives you an idea of your values and a strong purpose.

Mindset Hack No .3 Replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

There are thinking patterns that do not serve us to reach our dreams.

“Why am I like this?”

“I am not intelligent” “I do not deserve this.” “I don’t know how I will get there.”

Write these thoughts as they come to you and re-frame them into positive ones. While these transformations may not happen instantly once you start reprogramming yourself, they will change your mindset. The change in mindset makes you take new action, which in turn changes your life.
