Viviane believes in the power of informed choices, consent, and bodily autonomy, seeing them as the stepping stones to empowerment. 

As an enthusiastic and tireless advocate of breastfeeding, low-intervention births, and ‘skin-to-skin’ contact after birth, Viviane relies on evidence-based information while drawing inspiration from Eastern Holistic Healing Traditions to provide mothers with the support they deserve and the results they desire.

‘A woman doesn't have to leave behind and lose her womanhood identity, sensuality, and sexual femininity for motherhood. I believe that a woman-turned-mother can embrace both, the mother and the woman within and feel aligned and in love with her new body and life postpartum.’ 

As an early childhood educator, Viviane developed a new and transformative concept in 2022, which she coined ‘The Emotions Club’, where she works with children ages 4-18. During the sessions, Viviane focuses on children’s sense of self, emotional self-regulation, agency, boundaries, consent, self-management, their self-image, and guides them toward establishing and maintaining healthy relationships. The Emotions Club plays a paramount ‘anchor’ role and helps ground children in today’s world, where demands and pressures often deprive children of their own sense of self.
