With over 30 years of experience leading transformational change for iconic global brands, Ty Jernstedt is an executive coach, culture strategist, and the founder of WithTrust and Remix Coaching. Based in Amsterdam, Ty’s mission is to "remix" the employee experience by building organizational cultures rooted in trust, empathy, and inclusion.
 
Ty’s career is defined by cross-cultural immersion. Having lived and worked in the U.S., Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Germany, and the Netherlands, he possesses a rare ability to navigate complex environments and understand the universal levers of performance. This global lens, supported by an MBA in International Management, allows him to bridge gaps and build authentic connections across borders.
 
After a decade in international marketing, Ty recognized that the ultimate competitive advantage isn't a product—it’s the strength of human connection. This led to senior leadership roles at Nike and Zalando. At Nike, he served as Global Director of Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), leading systemic cultural changes across the brand’s global footprint. At Zalando, he was instrumental in redesigning core values and launching their first comprehensive I&D strategy.
 
As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Team Performance Coach (CTPC), Ty partners with organizations to unlock untapped potential. His work focuses on:
