Health Coach

Tiffany Ludwicki is a licensed Naturotherapist, focused on oral myofunctional therapy and health coaching.

She received her coaching certification through the International Association of Wellness Professionals, her myofunctional training through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, and her dental hygiene diploma from Dalhousie University, where she received 3 academic awards.

Tiffany founded Mind Body Mouth, where she supports clients 1:1 to address oral dysfunctions, and her program(s), Stop Snoring Solution and Stop Snoring Strategies, her virtual group coaching approaches to helping clients stop snoring and reduce sleep apnea events.

Tiffany has held positions as the president of both the Newfoundland and the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association. She has travelled to learn breathwork techniques to add an additional layer of support for clients, and she is a student of life.

She is the proud mother of 3&5 year old girls and strives to create a better future for them and our community.
