I am a new Belfast based author and founder of Mease Literary Co. Although I am new to the publishing world, my love for books began when I was a little girl.I have always dreamed of one day having my own work published, but for a long time I lacked the confidence to pursue it-until now. The release of my debut memoir, My Beautiful Battle - "a memoir of strength & survival" - marked a turning point in my life. The feedback I've receieved, along with the unwavering support of my husband and family, has given me the belief and determination to fully commit to a career in writing. My Memoir shares a raw and unfiltered account of surviving a domestic violence relationship. I believe this is a s subject that is not spoken about enough and is too often swept under the carpet. Through my writing, my mission is to raise awareness, educate, and give others the courage to recognise their worth, seek safety, and tell their own stories.
